Anyone else feel like YouTube is just impossible at the beginning?

I’ve been spending hours writing movie recap scripts, editing videos late at night, trying to actually make good content instead of lazy uploads… and still, it feels like I’m posting into the desert 💀

No views. Barely any impressions. Sometimes it feels like the algorithm doesn’t even know my channel exists.

I’m not asking for pity — just honestly wondering if other small creators went through the same thing before things finally started moving.

If anyone wants to check out the channel and give real feedback, I’d genuinely appreciate it:

Update: My first month + 8 days

Not AI, Not Faceless.

I posted 8 days ago with only 280k views an 80 subs. Travel and food content. 40 shorts in 40 days, one of them took off (and is still climbing around 50k an hour) but at 1.17m views.

Shameless brag post.

No advice other than, keep making the things you like and experiment where your metrics are lacking :)

Anyone here actually making faceless YouTube videos with AI? Trying to find the best AI video generator without wasting weeks

I feel like every time I search “best AI video generator for faceless YouTube” I end up watching the same recycled videos from people clearly trying to sell something.

So I started testing a few tools myself this week.

Not gonna lie… I genuinely didn’t expect how weird this whole faceless YouTube space is.

Some AI video generators look insane in ads, then you open them and realize the workflow takes longer than editing manually. Others make decent videos but the voices sound robotic after 30 seconds. And some are actually good for shorts but terrible for long-form content.

What surprised me most is that a lot of smaller faceless channels seem to be using super simple setups.

Like:

- AI script

- stock footage or generated visuals

- AI voice

- basic captions

- repeat consistently

That’s it.

Meanwhile YouTube is flooded with “make passive income with AI” content that makes it sound way easier than it actually is.

Right now I’m mostly experimenting with:

- AI video generators for YouTube automation

- text-to-video tools

- faceless channel workflows

- AI voiceovers

- short-form vs long-form content

I still can’t tell what’s actually worth learning long term though.

Part of me thinks the best AI video generator is just the one that lets you publish consistently without making you hate the process after a week.

Curious what people here are actually using for faceless YouTube channels in 2026.

Are you guys using one all-in-one AI video tool… or mixing multiple tools together?

short film link

Hey! I'm trying to seek more opinions, views and engagement on a friend's original short film

Link is given above!

Why posting it here?

Cuz the story/script has been written by the same guy who has also acted, directed, edited and everything in between- in this short film! (one man army lol)

Background- This guy is a proper cinephile (a close friend of mine), grew up watching movies alone in the theatres, saving money to buy tickets, sneaking and bunking classes to watch his favourite films. He taught himself everything about cinematography and filmmaking from scratch- in short a very passionate and hardworking individual.

- he has worked previously in various metropolitan cities, now trying to make something of his own!

Motive to post it here-

I'm not just seeking engagement on his channel, but also genuine reviews and comments, criticism and constructive criticism alike.

Feel free to drop your opinion!

comment in case you want to connect with him on instagram.

Hi all. Basically, i have done the hard part of developing my saas and making it ready for launch. Now that development is out of the way, I'm struggling with getting exposure. What did you do to get exposure to your SaaS to get the maximum traffic to your pages with the least amount spent. As a developer, I actually suck at marketing side of things unfortunately. My saas is canvix.io - online image editor.

Any bit of guidance to help me and other potential developers facing this issue would be appreciated.
