Perfect augments, 4 tanks on the enemy team and no other hyper carry on my own team. Sadly it only lasted 12 minutes.
Hello, I'm not rlly a Yunara player, I play her casually, but doesn't she benefits better from omnivamp than life steal since she deals mixed damages ? I would build it over Bt so in fifth. What do u guys think ? :)
I tested an hybrid build in the practice tool after the recent buffs:
Yun Tal → Runaan’s → IE → Terminus
This leaves you at 75% crit before your 5th item, but in my tests the build actually has higher DPS against targets with little/no armor, while performing roughly the same against 150 armor targets compared to replacing Terminus with LDR.
So I was wondering: why wouldn’t Terminus just be the default over LDR?
You’re only giving up 5% armor penetration, which doesn’t seem particularly significant unless you’re dealing with very high armor values (250+), while Terminus gives you a lot more AS and its stacking stats seem much more valuable overall.
Also, you can stack Terminus extremely quickly thanks to Yunara’s Q, potentially in just 1–2 autos if you’re hitting multiple targets at once.
You can still reach 100% crit with your 5th item (e.g. Hexoptics), or use that slot for a situational item such as Zhonya’s, BT, Shieldbow, or even Jak’Sho, which actually feels pretty good after Terminus.
Obviously these are just practice-tool tests, so I’m curious if I’m missing something about LDR that makes it actually better in real games.
is PD better than runaans as second item
After being hard-stuck in Emerald for three years and suffering a mental breakdown—dropping all the way to Platinum II while playing meta champions like Jinx, Senna, and Ashe—I decided to simply play what I enjoy and have fun in the process; that’s how I became a Yunara OTP and reached Diamond! I wanted to share this hard-earned achievement with you all! 💜
Hi, I'm a low elo player who has recently been trying to main Yunara, but I have no idea which of these boots is the better option.
Could some more experienced players give me some advices on this?
Thanks!
I feel like her strong level 1 power went down a fair bit...
Maybe I'm just tripping, thoughts?
I'm a bit confused, first of all I'm a piss low elo. I always look at build paths through sites and the most popular one is building Kraken slayer into fiendhunter bolts, but here's the matter... this just sucks?
As I'm low elo I don't understand why it sucks. While scrolling through reddit I ended up here and looked up some other builds, I tried going C44 into ruunans or PD into IE then built a 4th crit item to complete based on what I needed against the enemies.
Finally I was able to actually feel like an ad carry, teamfights were smoother and I dropped a lot of damage, but I don't even know wtf changed. I'm only speaking through experience as I went on using that build and I started winning a lot more and even when I was behind I still had ways to help the team, get some kills and bounce back.
Still I'm curious to understand why people go with kraken slayer, there must be a reason if it's the most common build, c44 is built as a third or 5th item sometimes (?) Is there some tech or what?
The buff on Runaans makes your wave clear so strong.
Feels like mandatory 2nd item atm. Can see win rate on Yunara jumping a bit
Just like the title says. I always build GA, but I don't know when to choose BT.
kench adc op!
Wasnt really that big a fan of the hexoptics build in comparison to kraken because i felt like i lacked some attack speed to stack up q but now with the buffed berserkers the build feels so much better.
I’ve been pretty successful just copying the basic Kraken -> Fiendhunter Bolts -> IE -> LDR/Mortal Reminder and then GA or BT. Now that Yun Tal got buffed and as of this patch Runaan’s got buffed pretty hard, would replacing Kraken and Fiendhunter with Yun Tal and Runaan’s be a viable option? Kraken is good for early damage but Runaan’s can really help with early wave clear and I feel like Yun Tal works well with how Yunara scales into mid and late game. I know Hexoptics is also an option but I honestly don’t really like it on her. I need to do some experimenting with Yun Tal and the new Runaan’s. The ult haste and bonus true damage of Fiendhunter is really good but now that the move spend is buffed and Runaan’s bolts now do 10% more damage, maybe it’s a viable alternative instead of only building it into 3 or more melee champs. I’m a relatively new Yunara player as you can probably tell but she’s by far my most successful ADC.
I’m a diamond ADC main who really wants to pick up Yunara, I love her design and fantasy. I’ve played a lot of games of Yunara, maybe a couple hundred, yet it’s a lot harder for me to find success with Yunara. They’re one of the most similar pairs of champs, and the only thing Zeri really does better is escaping. But i can’t really remember games where i’ve solo carried like ive done on zeri. I’ve had countless pentas on zeri too, but not even 1 on yunara in the hundreds of games ive played. I know pentas arent really a valid metric, but the point is i cant attain the same level of high on yunara as i do on zeri. In fact, i dont even think im able to play yunara at a diamond level and mostly just play it on my hardstuck emerald smurf. I thought since the nature of the champ is so similar to my main i could be just as good, but she isnt even in my top 3 adcs
Grandpa texting here, I have played since S2. Was Gold most of my life but made it to diamond in 2023.
I was in a motor vehicle accident and pretty much lost touch in all gaming.
Despite getting dumped on now in every match, I am trying to get back into it.
I am looking to main a champion and stick with it to go back in time to good form. I have no place playing Top Lane anymore.
The champ is not ranked high in tier lists, is this the best AD to really stick to? I have been playing her and finding success.
What are the climbing experiences?
Hey guys!
Recently started playing Yunara and I’m honestly obsessed (already bought pretty much everything for her lol).
I'm Gold 2 and doing alright with her so far, but I still have some doubts about optimal builds and runes. Attached what I've been running in my games!
Any tips, tweaks to my setup, or general beginner advice would be super appreciated. Thanks!
edit: For runes and builds, I've been running CoachlessGG's setup.
Thought this sub might be interested.
Dummy with ~3k HP, 50 Armor, 50 MR.
Level 18 Yunara with C44, PD, Infinity, LDR and Vamp boots.
So, I added Bloodthirster, Zhonya's and found the following per auto.
Depending on game, I'd say if you're playing full crit, Zhonya's 5th item might be useful. You get a modest damage increase which will mostly be active since late game fights would almost always be with your Ultimate up, and you get the Zhonya's survivability.
Obviously, not as much damage as Bloodthirster, but by that point, the life steal from runes and boots is more than enough and personally, I prefer the Stasis over the BT shield to avoid getting one-shot.
Zhonya's is not as worthless on this champion as on other ADCs.
With Kraken, getting Zhonya's is a non-factor I'd say because if you're not at 100% crit, you don't get full value out of it and by the time you build it, it'll be your 7th item and honestly, how often does that happen....
That's all. Maybe you want to experiment with it.
