Cayin HA-6A MK2 or the ZMF Aegis
Currently rocking ZMF Atrium open and HE1000 unveiled. Coming from a small combo unit, topping DX5 II, either will be a major upgrade, I'd wager.
I know Zach has done a small comparison. Anyone on here who has auditioned or owns both?
Overall it seems the Cayin is more feature-rich. Both got plenty of tube rolling options, though I have no experience with tube rolling as of yet.

Sonic differences between hybrid and pure lambskin
Hi guys I've been using be2 hybrid pads on an aeolus and I love what they do to the sound. But I prefer the feel of lambskin against my skin. Since the hybrid already has the inside as majority lambskin, what would be the sonic changes? I looked everywhere on Google but couldn't find a damn thing talking about these pads. Thanks!

This one took me a while to review, having listened to it for a few months. Its sound is quite unique -- it's thick, with the most bodacious mids you'll ever hear, but it stays present and vivid.

Finally!!
I have been trying to get a stablized Caldera Closed for a while now. While I much prefer open-back headphones, Caldera Closed blew me away at a CanJam. Sadly the early (I am on the west cost) drop times made it rather challenging (and the fact the variants I like get grabbed super fast), but I finally suceeded, and managed to place an order for the "Escape".
She will be my 3rd ZMF headphone - Atrium open, Tessidera, and now this.
I look forward to escaping my daily grind with "escape" soon.

Bokeh & Violectric HPA V202
Absolutely love how my Bokeh Closed sound with my Chord Mojo 2, but looking to take my solid state chain to the next level (already have OTL, hybrid, and nu-tube sources so that sound signature is covered)
Anyone running their Bokehs with a Vioelectric HPA V202? Is it tighter than a frogs butthole?
(bonus points if you're using a Mojo 2 as the DAC, would love you hear your feedback on the whole chain)

Late to the party but happy to try something new!
I was checking through last weeks drop on a whim and saw this bokeh open that really spoke to me visually. I personally wasn’t the hugest fan of bokeh closed, but after sniffing some graphs this seems to be ZMF’s take on the closes thing to neutral with colorations which seems to be more in line with my tastes recently! Here’s to hoping I like it since the Opens seemed to be pretty divisive!
