Be honest. The hardest part of switching to any private messenger isnt the app itself. Its getting other people to come with you. I have managed to get my partner and two close friends to install Zangi. That's it. Everyone else still lives in WhatsApp or Signal or whatever they already had. Three people. But those three are the ones I talk to most anyway.
