Best approach for BTC restaking while using Aave for liquidity?

Trying to figure out the cleanest setup for getting extra yield on BTC. Has anyone tried supplying WBTC/cbBTC on Aave and using the borrowed assets for restaking, or is direct liquid restaking easier to manage? Any protocols or vaults you'd recommend looking into?

Why do people supply in protocols like AAVE?

Do most people just put hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars as collateral for the sole reason of gaining 2-3% from APY?

I am asking, because, if that's why a lot of people use it, then I am thinking of finding an "investor" who would credit delegate me on AAVE v3 (with very strict rules of course, and only USDC/USDT) because I have made an algorithm that would leverage this to make 15-20% instead (with very minimal risks).

Any answers or help would be appreciated, thanks!

Can AAVE deny the services to a particular wallet? My assets are stuck

I have been using AAVE for years and I could not connect my wallet via Metamask to AAVE V3 since last week. However, I could connect the same wallet to Fluids, Uniswap and Compound.

Thus, I wrote to AAVE LAB to check on the issue by providing the wallet address and they came back with the following message:

"Following a review, we have determined that we are unable to provide services to this wallet. This decision is final and cannot be reversed.

Access to App.aave.com and Pro.aave.com (together, the "Aave Interfaces," built by Aave Labs) may change from time to time due to updates to compliance and risk controls. These changes are applied at the interface level, and we are unable to provide individual explanations.

Please note that the Aave protocol itself remains non-custodial, and user funds are not held or controlled by Aave Labs.

We appreciate your understanding."

Anyone here encountered such issue before and what are the possible way to deal with that? Appreciate the input as I need to access my assets for personal reasons.

Thanks.
