Today (6th October) - there were images circulated of gear up mail arriving to some "selected" candidates of a "selected" batch.

I'll share the details that I could gather:

Actually, after completion of ASE streams that were of short duration (by end of June) - They created a separate ASE batch of just 250 candidates with just 4 streams (Java, SAP ABAP, SAP Finance and Quality eng) starting 8th July and ending late September

In that batch, there were off campus hired candidates (means 2025 passed out and before) and summer internship hired candidates (means 2026 passed out) - (I am assuming no on campus hired candidate as they got onboarded in July/Aug)

Actually, some in that batch applied for summer internship (through on campus or off campus) and they directly got communication round links in their Final year of college after summer internship and got mixed with 2026 on campus and off campus during primers and next trainings.

So, only those internship candidates of that batch (2026 passed out batch) got gear up mail as of now.

So, what I could decode (maybe I'm wrong too) - They are preferring 2026 passed out first (either on campus or these internship guys). As they have got 11 Dec joining and got gear up 2 months earlier. But off campus are still waiting.

If any off campus of that batch receives gear up - pls update in the comments. Let's see how it goes.

Completed my interviews on September 3rd and got a mail saying the offer letter is released on September 7th but got nothing until now followed up with the helpline number and the hr all they say is it's in make and offer and will get my offer soon Nd i just gotta wait.

Isn't it just ridiculous to make someone wait for one whole month just to release an offer?

Are they drafting the constitution or what?

I recently applied for an Enterprise Technology Architect role at Accenture, with Networking as my area of expertise. I've cleared the initial interview and have now been moved to the Final round of Interview.

The position is listed as Management Level 8 (ML8).

I wanted to understand a few things from people currently working at Accenture or who have experience with this level:

What is the typical salary range for ML8 in India?

What exactly does ML8 represent in terms of seniority? Is it considered a higher management/technical level or a relatively standard level?

For someone with around 10 years of experience in Networking, what would generally be the appropriate/typical level at Accenture?

How is the compensation usually structured at this level (fixed vs variable)?

Any insights from current or former Accenture employees would be really helpful.
