But where do I swipe my card???? The only use of my id card is to open gates😭😭😭

I have a question about Accenture's 1-day-per-week work-from-office (WFO) policy.

How is attendance actually tracked? (specially for employee on training/bench).

• do we have to sit in office all the working hours for 1 day(8.30-5.30).

is it mandatory to follow? What happens if someone doesn't follow it?
If anyone has firsthand experience, I'd really appreciate your insights.

I have completed all formalities and during hr discussion HR mentioned that they have Salary range upto max 41 LPA for L8 level. Is it true ?

In Accenture, can we get relocation other than location mentioned in offer letter before joining date?

Hyderabad location mentioned in offer letter and need relocation for Bangalore.

I’m joining Consulting (S&C GN) division under Supply chain as Consultant. No tech stack.

I wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar with Accenture.

I interviewed for an finance operations role and was informed that I had been selected. About few days later, the HR team asked me to submit my documents for verification, which I did promptly.

Around 2 weeks after submitting all the required documents, I received an email stating that my application had been closed due to the non-submission of documents. When I checked my application status, it was marked as "Inactive." This was confusing because I had already submitted all the requested documents and had not been informed of any issues with my application.

I emailed the HR to clarify the situation, and she replied that they would process my documents. That gave me some hope. However, it's now been another 2 weeks, and I still haven't received an offer letter or any further update.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Accenture? Is this a normal delay in the hiring process, or should I assume that the opportunity has fallen through and move on?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,Got an offer with Accenture for level 8 joining on Aug 1st.The problem is am from Chennai but base location mentioned as Gurugram which is impossible for me to relocate as have kids and elder parents to take care.HR is not agreeing for change, firstly there was no HR discussion before offer letter.Not getting any counter offers till now.Please tel me how to get aligned to Chennai location.

I'm joining Accenture on July 10, and I'm really worried.

While filling Form 26, I accidentally entered my own name in the Father's Name field instead of my father's name. It was a genuine mistake.

The good thing is that all my other documents (PAN, Aadhaar, educational documents, etc.) have my father's name correctly, and this mistake is only in Form 26.

I emailed my Reporting Manager about the issue but haven't received a reply yet.

I have d.o.j on 13-july-26, but my action item upon filling automatically goes back to action required and i am receiving the mail to fill it up.

apart from this, i am relocating to blr but no accommodation venue, office to report has been communicated.

shall i book my ticket or wait for respomse?

So let's say my doj is 10th july and my train for a different city will drop me on 9th July around 8-9pm .... So the hotel will allow me to check in at night ? Or is it fixed to check in between some fixed times like 12-2 pm only ..!!

For 5 years of experience offering 11 fixed salary. After 2+ months of interview and multiple assessment and HR discussion they are saying you should be on notice period while looking for a job change. This is my second time with Accenture and worst hiring process.

Hi all, I got an offer from Accenture with joining in the first week of October. I have a 3-month notice period in my current company, so I need to resign soon.

But I’m worried. Does Accenture ever revoke offer letters after giving them? Is it safe to resign now or should I wait?

I made a mistake while filling out nomination and Gratuity forms in CTA page of Accenture and now it's not possible to edit it .Also I didnt get an option to download women consent letter that was a task in work day as well which is also not visible now .Will I get blank copies on first day to fill out manually?
