This House Is not cloned i build It by my self the last photo is a ref that i use for do the house estructure idk how much to ask for it

Not really sure of value but I’m lf atleast 7+ because of the amount of detail and mannequins. Spent like a day and a half building it, around 30k was used completely broke in bucks after this one 😂😂 as you can see! (First house gothic one)

Second house in lf atleast 10+ value for because PLUSHIES ARE SO HARD MAN. And again mannequins and a few pet displays I havnt put pets on yet, no clue how much I spent on this one I made it on my alt and traded it to my main so the removed furniture doesn’t tell me anymore but ik it was more than the gothic house.

Both homes have afk chairs by the door & in the grind rooms, both houses are tiny glitch houses!

It is NOT CLONED. I built it myself.

Has:
all pet needs
bunch of food items
pet needs hidden on the beach

cost: around 40k

lf: idk...just something decent, i can take underpay or add to the house, change the colors or something if you'd like, i can turn it into a comission if you give me reference to what you want added. might scrap it if it stays unwanted for a week.

Sink is a pet bath, Vanity is a Piano, The bed has multiple pet bed options, Toast (Jam + Peanut Butter) doubles as pet food bowl.

according to a user in game this build has been cloned by scripters but i have searched up and down and haven't found it so im assuming they mistook it for another one? Just bare that in mind :(

I am looking for 12-15 value for this house because of cost and effort.

Provided is a picture of some pets I’d like for this house. (Ex: one of my LF with small add depending on pet value.) I am open to offers outside of my LF. I don’t know which value site most people use for house trading so I used elve.
