first time in ar rls and could use some tips

so me and my gf have been together for almost a year now and she’s recently started becoming comfortable with being little around me. she’s starting to use bottles and teethers while cuddled up to me in bed but i notice there is still some hesitation, she’s embarrassed or shy. i may not have all the right reactions but i do truly accept the way she is i recognize this is a coping mechanism and compared to other coping mechanisms she utilizes i prefer this one so i am in full support of her age regressing. often times we will be laying in bed while shes being little and instead of taking it out or asking me to she will drop a hint about a pacifier. i know it’s a pacifier because of a conversation or two we’ve had and ive also seen it she describes exactly what it looks like and when i ask her if she’d like me to get it she always says no. i doubt she’s just talking about the pacifier because she’s making small talk i am under the impression she wants to use it and i don’t mind at all but it’s not obvious to her that i’m okay with it. how do i make my partner more comfortable to be her full little self infront of me? how do i become her caregiver and do it right?

Need advice if allowed!

So Hi just to start off i am 27M and my significant other is 18 turning 19 few months into next year, we are long distance right now like opposite sides of the US basically. She age regresses into different ages usually around 5, before her i have 0 experience in being a caretaker, she has explained it to me and is helpful mostly when i have questions and what not and shes said that i understand the basics nd was getting better and better. But getting to my main point before me and her got together she has one friend who caretakes her when im not available which really bothers me and one friend who is also a little and she was/is caretaking for her along with a few others from what i can remember her saying. So i know its supposed to be platonic and non s**ual but it really bothers me when i my partner is calling another person honey and baby and calling them on the phone and stuff, even hanging up on me to talk to them, sometimes they ask me if its okay but when i show discomfort or say no i feel like she gets upset with me. But i told her straight up how i feel about it all a few weeks ago and she had told me that she was gonna stop and that the whole thing was a bother to her too but some stuff happened and we had split up for a few days and got back together and last night i found out she was back to being a caretaker and i believe also having another person caretake her so i ended up getting upset bc she hung up with me and called them for an entire hour when we barely even were able to talk that day so far and eventually we talked about it and i explained why i was upset and thought she wasn't gonna do that and she said that well she needed someone the few days we werent together, and a few other things but she ended up getting upset with me bc she said she doesnt think she should have to stop. Towards the end she said she would tell them she couldnt do that anymore and stop since i want to be her caretaker only since we are engaged also but i feel guilty about how i feel about it all and i also worry she's just gonna do it anyways and not tell me..sorry for such a long post but i really need help and advice
