Got my phone and it worked great. I wanted a dark grey phone case but they sent me a clear one. I emailed them and they got back to me in 1 day and refunded my money to my PayPal account. I’ve taken my phone out in the hot weather and was taking pictures with it and then it said your phone needs to cool down before you can resume picture taking. Took 5 minutes.

This is not an iPhone or Pixel or Sony so yes it’s going to have flaws but the price of it is outstanding for what you get.

For me the biggest thing I wanted in a phone was a small phone with a decent battery and Bluefox delivered. I feel to many people are asking the world for a phone this cheap and that can do basically everything.

It’s a great phone my only wish is that I would like it to be a bit more future proof, like 3 years of updates instead of only what it comes with.

I was given a screen replacement by the company and I cannot for the life of me figure out how the hell to replace it. I have built computers and taken apart a lot of tech in my day but this phone is troublesome.

I scratched the absolute hell out of the back cover trying to pry it open and then once I did my phone became an accordion.

The battery would not move out of the way so that I could get the strip through the metal plate that sits right behind the screen.

I cannot find any good videos on the interwebs and I gave up months ago. Forgot this subreddit existed until 2 minutes ago.
