Struggling to turn leads into wins
Hey guys
Relatively new to Akali but playing her seriously now. I’ve had a common theme happen in my last 10 games and I’m not sure how to solve it gameplay wise.
Essentially every game goes one of two ways.
I pretty much always dominate lane and end up fed. Enemy mid is tilting and rather useless. I setup objs with team and get picks well.
At this point it goes two ways, enemy team ff and I win. Or they scale and I feel useless late game.
I’m not really sure how to play akali in the late mid game or late game and I try to get picks on enemy adc which I do well, but far too frequently by that point my team is dead and they get objs or end.
Essentially every game is me dominating until mid game, then shit hits the fan and I I’m losing late game.
I am in bronze too, I think my macro is ok but it’s so difficult coordinating a team or having 5 alive because everyone just dies frequently or isn’t where they should be on the map.
Basically I’m wondering, how does akali fit into the late game and what should my primary goals be. And how do I convert my early/mid lead into late game wins if we don’t end early?
