What could be the actual cause of this?
My Internet was working just fine. 15mins before it's time to clock out, it stops working. Now they have to send out a technician in 3 days! I don't have 3 days. I work from home and need my Internet. There's no storm, power outage, and I have not touched the wiring. What could have happened between then and now?
