I'm 29F and I've just taken a leap of faith by starting my very first business in Ambernath East, right near the station.

After leaving my corporate job, I decided to build something of my own, a PS5 gaming café called The PlayStation Zone. It's a small place built with a lot of hard work (and a lot of savings 😅).

am i the only one getting crazy high electricity bills? Like, what is going on. They have increased the bills by 100% and the power supply is cut down by 50%
and nobody ever gives a straight answer at the electricity office in west

Hi , I'm planning to buy a ready to move 2 BHK in Ambernath with a budget of around ₹45–50 lakh. We live in a joint family, so I'm looking for a spacious flat with a good layout.

Since I'll be commuting daily, I'd prefer a project that's not too far from the railway station. A safe locality, good amenities, and a reliable builder are also important.

If anyone has recently bought a flat in Ambernath or knows any good ready to move projects near the railway station, I'd really appreciate your suggestions. I'd also love to hear about your overall experience with the project.
