What if my first big opportunity in IT comes not just from applying for jobs, but from connecting with the right people and building something together?

Hi everyone! I’m a 2026 B.Tech graduate in CSE (AI & ML), currently in Bangalore, learning Python and upgrading my technical skills.

I don’t want my journey to be limited to getting placed and earning a salary. Of course, financial independence matters, but I also want to solve real-world problems, contribute to meaningful projects, and help ideas grow into something valuable.

I’m looking to connect with developers, startup founders, mentors, and fellow learners who are interested in sharing knowledge, collaborating on projects, or building something from scratch.

If you’re working on a startup, have an interesting project, or are also starting your IT journey, let’s connect! I’d love to learn from you, contribute my skills, and grow together.

Who knows? A simple conversation today might lead to something amazing tomorrow. 🤝

Applications for Build 2026 close on Oct 10, so this is for teams still on the fence.

Quick recap: a free-to-apply, 24-hour in-person hackathon at IIT Guwahati on Oct 24-25, run by Hackyard. Around 300 builders get selected for the campus rounds. Teams of 2-4 or solo, no fixed theme.

What a selected team is actually playing for:

Nodus Challenge (build on Nodus compute at the event): 1st ₹50,000, 2nd ₹30,000, 3rd ₹20,000 cash

Agent37 main event: 1st ₹10,000 cash + ₹25,000 credits, 2nd ₹7,500 + ₹15,000 credits, 3rd ₹5,000 + ₹10,000 credits

10 Agent37 category awards: ₹2,500 cash + ₹5,000 credits each

And every qualified project (up to 300, with verified Agent37 use) gets ₹1,000 cash + 10 USD in Agent37 credits, no in-person attendance needed for that one.

The total cash rewards come to up to ₹4,47,500. Credits and partner perks (ElevenLabs, Render, FlutterFlow, Maritime plans) and 100 USD in Hackyard LLM credits for every selected project are separate from that cash total.

If you were planning to build anything that weekend anyway, the application takes a few minutes. Happy to answer questions here, and I'll share the apply link in the comments for anyone who wants it.
