Hey there! I’m currently 8 days post ovulation. Had sex the night before ovulation. Waiting to take a test. This morning I’ve been feeling nauseous and experiencing pelvic pain, closer to my vagina than the actual stomach area.
Has anyone had symptoms this early? I’m not supposed to start my period for another two days to a week. It’s a bit off since my body is getting used to being off birth control.
I had unprotected sex on May 2nd. My last period started April 14th (so based on an average cycle I think I would’ve ovulated around April 28th which would put the sex a few days after ovulation) It’s now May 21st. I tested negative on May 20th with a urine test, which is 18 days after the sex and about 8 days past when my period was expected.
Here’s what’s going on with my body: for the past 3 days I’ve had dark brown spotting with a little bright red mixed in. Last week I had dark brown discharge and a painful pimple on my chin that has since gone away. I’ve also been very tired lately.
My main questions: What are the chances that negative test is false at this stage? Is 18 days out late enough to trust it, or should I retest? Has anyone had a false negative this far along, or had similar symptoms (the spotting, fatigue, breakout) turn out to be a late period or hormonal instead of pregnancy? Do I need to be worried, or does this sound normal?
Any experiences or advice would be really appreciated.

We had sex with condom but unfortunately the condom snapped while my dick is inside of her but not totally inside like while we tried to put it inside (after changing position) it snapped when the tip got inside then i quickly withdraw my dick. I had sex a month ago, he did not finish inside of me but it might’ve like dripped down to my thigh or touching my vulva. I’ve skipped my period without realising and I’ve woken up this morning feeling constipated and slightly nauseous, but it’s gone now. I took a test around 9am and waited ten minutes but I don’t think there was enough urine because nothing happened, but I’ve just looked at the test again now at 1pm and there’s a very strong line and then maybeee another next to it but the dye has like stretched out and bled, so it’s hard to tell. Google says this isn’t accurate because it can happen after awhile. What do I do.

Period ended on the 10th of may and having pregnancy like symptoms like metallic taste , heightened sense of smell , and areola getting bigger noticing on 21st of May
Are these pregnancy symptoms or am I just in my luteal phase before my period ?
Even if sperm did get inside would it survive all the way to ovulation because period ended all the way to the 10th which is way more than 5 days of sperm survival.
And ovulation has not occurred

Okay, so I’m 16 and I had unprotected sex yesterday. It’s not my first time, but I’m kind of freaking out.
My discharge beforehand was an egg white consistency which I now learned means that I’m most likely ovulating. My last period was on April 23rd last month.
He didn’t ejaculate inside me and wasn’t close to climax. He also peed beforehand, but I also jerked him off and he climaxed then. We did it for around 30 minutes and an hour at most.
What are my chances of pregnancy? What are my options for if I need an abortion?
I (20F) am experiencing literally every common and even uncommon pregnancy symptom. First it was sore breasts, then a yeast infection, then nausea and vomiting in the morning, then spotting as well as weird cramps.

I’m turning 21 (F) and I’m currently 23 days late for my period. I always track my cycle and it’s usually very regular, so this is the first time this has happened and I honestly don’t know what to do.
For context, I took Trust pills using the Yuzpe method, but I didn’t take the second set of 4 pills after 12 hours because I usually get really bad side effects from it. I’ve used the Yuzpe method before, but it had been months since the last time I took the pills. I only recently used them again last month, and I have a feeling it may have messed up my cycle. Still, I’m worried because my period has never been this late before.
I’ve already taken several pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any thoughts? I just need some peace of mind huhu 🥹
i checked my period trackers and found that i have longer cycles ranging from 33-35 day cycle. my bf and i had protected sex (two rounds w new condom each time) and it's our first time. we carefully followed the instructions on how to use it, and the condoms didn't break as far as we know and my bf tested a third condom from the pack using the water test (there were no leaks). my bf also finished in both rounds. we made sure to clean up first before going onto the second round.
this happened during my 4th day of my period (may 18) and I had medium flow during the sex then my period lessened by the 5th day and im anxious cuz smthg mightve happened that we didn't know of (since it's our first time) which could increase risk of pregnancy

Hi everyone! I have a long distance bf and we had unprotected sex in January and March. So far, I'm having my regular period, same amount, expected days. I was a relatively flat girl but last months my lower belly got bigger. I'm not eating more than usual, just not working abs in the gym. I'm asking here because now I'm living with my family and cannot go get checked in a hospital. for context, I am 18, I had sex with my bf on April 18th. It was protected, he wore a condom and he did not finish. April 22nd I got my period and it ended on April 27th. Me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby. He has to have surgery soon that could permanently impact his ability of having children. Hence why we decided to start trying so soon. The last two months have been disappointing and we have been wondering if he can even have children.
We were intimate most of my ovulation, and then I had a late period. But my period only lasted 3 days and it was extremely painful verses how I typically feel. I took a test at the time and it was negative. It has been a week sense and I feel horrible. I am waking up with cramping and feeling like im going to throw up. Im loosing my taste and tasting hints of metallic. I do not feel great at all.
I took a test this night and it had a faint blue line on it. I was stupid and didn't leave it to sit and moved it around. I thought I was being delusional but after showing my mom she saw it to. My period is 6 days late, I’m 7 months pp (and on an iud!non hormonal + breastfeeding ) I’ve had regular periods for a few months now, usually the 11th-13th on the dot. A couple of weeks ago my husband said he could feel something durning the “deed” and it was uncomfortable. I searched it up and it said it could mean my iud could’ve possibly came out of place?? So I called to try and get a ob appointment but the receptionist said they usually don’t see pp mothers after 6 weeks, and the next few times he couldn’t feel anything anymore so I assumed it was nothing.
We had unprotected sex around April 22nd my “ovulation” and few times before right after my period. Since then I’ve felt slight cramping right before I was supposed to get my period so I assumed it was coming on but never came, then today I got stringy flesh colored discharge? And I cannot shake the feeling that my stomach is different. I had a c-section so naturally I had a shelf and would have to lift a little bit of my belly to see the scar.. now my belly is gravitating upwards (like when I was pregnant???) and I can just see the scar. I might be crazy or maybe just some bloating? And all tests are negative. Now I just feel like I’m stressing so it’s just going to be later lol. I’m just hoping I’m missing it because of postpartum? Or the iud? Any insight is appreciated.
I’m scared and figured this might help. Any and all advice is welcomed.
First, some things that I think are relevant to the situation at hand:
I have PCOS, which can have symptoms of infertility. My PCOS causes me to barely ever bleed during my period. I’m lucky if I bleed more than twice in one year. I still get the acne flare ups, mood changes, and cramps like I’m on my period, but I rarely bleed.
Just under four years ago I got the Nexplanon implant as birth control. I was initially told that the implant lasts for three years. When I went in close to the three year mark my gyno told me that studies are proving that they can last for five years.
Me (21F btw) and my bf (22M) have been together for almost one year and four months. I love him dearly and we plan to have a life together, including owning a home and kids in the future. We are currently seniors in college, I graduate in 7 months and my bf graduates in 12 months. We are moving into an apartment together in the next few months.
My bf and I don’t use condoms. At this point, I’m disappointed with myself for letting that happen for so long.
My last period with bleeding was 5/9/25-5/15/25.
All of that context leads to me to my current panic. About six days ago my uterus started to feel weird. I figured it would go away after a day or so, but it didn’t. It’s like a bloated feeling with less pain. I’ve been a bit more gassy because of it.
When the feeling didn’t go away by today, I decided to take a pregnancy test. I took one before work, and the lines looked like it was negative. I left it out on the bathroom sink.
During work today my stomach feeling was prevalent, I also felt more fatigue than usual and brain fog. Today was a more labor intensive day, so maybe that’s why I felt so tired.
When I got home, I decided to check the test again. I have had times with covid tests where the positive sign was barely visible. With that in mind, I wanted to make sure to look closely.
When I put a flashlight to it, there is a very faint positive line. When I looked it up, if there’s a faint line it means it’s positive. I immediately shut down. I don’t know what to do. I hid it before my boyfriend came over.
The thing is that he knows me so well, and it’s hard for me not to just blurt out everything I’m thinking to him. He asked me if I was ok, and I just said I’m beat from work (which is also true). But now he just asked me if I took the test (I mentioned taking one last night), and I said I took it and that I don’t want to talk about it. So now he knows something up. I’ll probably talk to him about it right after I post this.
Is there a world where I’m not pregnant? We are both still in school and I’m scared of having an abortion or a baby, purely because of money (and pain). I know we have been reckless and I’m really regretting that right now.

Her last period was april 27 ish. We have sex on may 12. We did used a condom, but before we put the rubber, we did it raw for like under a minute due to excitement before rationality kicked in, and used the condom. I didn't came from that brief raw sex. Hi, my last period was April 17th. Today (May 20th) I am officially 4 days late according to my app. I did take a test earlier today and it came back negative. How long should I wait till I test again if I don’t get my period? Could I be pregnant? Any advice?

so i tested on may 16&19 using my morning & first urine, which both came negative. that was 11 days and 14 days after contact.
as early as may 7, i experienced the very same symptoms i experience when i was about to get my period so i thought i was gonna get it by then.

he put the condom incorrectly (it was inside out) it was worn completely but we couldn't roll it down, that's how we knew it was inside out. he flipped it, and he said the tip’s dry (but what if it wasn't? like there's precum?). I'm really worried because I was ovulating when it happened. what are the chances?

okay to cut to the chase, im not on birth control & my bf came in me 3 days before predicted ovulation. i wasnt keeping track of ovulation and i didnt realize it was so close. one week after predi ovulation later i had incredible amounts of emotion & felt somewhat raged for no good reason. i was peeing a lot, easily out of breath, i was exhausted. those symptoms lasted a couple of days and went away. fast forward to now, im 3 days late. my boobs hurt, but mostly hurt at night and in the morning. the other night my boobs HURT, usually they only feel slightly tender. the next morning my boobs hurt while i was walking to the bus. my sense of smell feels heightened. i feel like it was dull before. now im noticing everyone‘s perfume, even if they simply walk past me. i could smell paint on the sidewalk. these girls sat behind me on the bus and smelled like a refrigerator. but, it could also be because its hot out. i felt hunger increased today. i don’t really have any discharge though. idk. part of me doesnt want to waste money on a test. should i test? or wait another week
