Since Amul raised its prices, I don't feel like ordering from them anymore. Are there any other brands I can try, or should I just try to get all my protein from my diet? Also, will protein prices go down anytime soon?
How do I verify if this product is authentic, and also below the price the weight is written 1.780 kg and I have ordered only 1 kg package which is stated above on the box which is 1.02 kg. Should this be alarming or not.

I recently opened a new pack of Amul Unflavoured Whey Protein and noticed this yellowish, thick, paste-like substance stuck to the inside of the lid (attached in the image). The powder itself looks mostly normal, but this residue has me concerned. The pack was sealed when I received it, and I have stored it in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed after opening. It doesn't have a very strong or foul smell, but the texture looks unusual and doesn't seem like dry whey powder. I'm not sure if this is just whey protein that absorbed moisture and clumped together, some natural fat separation, or if it indicates spoilage or contamination. Has anyone else experienced something similar with Amul whey, especially the unflavoured version? Is it safe to continue using, or should I stop and contact Amul for a replacement? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So I just received my order of 2 KG Chocolate flavoured Whey. This is my 2nd box, my last one finished yesterday and the new one arrived today.
The taste is starkly different from the last box I had. Less sweeter less chocolatey as well. Mixability and frothing remain the same. Also this batch was produced on 2nd June still it showed out of stock so weeks.
I liked the taste of yesterday’s whey way more. Anyone else feel the difference or could know the reason? 🤔
