Hello!
I really need a tablet for school and light gaming.
My budget is preferably less that $350 USD
Because this is primarily for notetaking i need a stylus to come with the tablet.
I don't really need much storage. I think 128GB is already more than enough.
A matte display would be nice but isn't necessary.
Don't need any SIM or microSD slots.
I'm currently considering the LENOVO Idea Tab TB336FU. Any thoughts?

Hello I'm looking for a new tablet for playing games like Honkai Star Rail and Neverness to Everness as well as watching anime.
Which of these two tablets is the better buy since they are around the same price? I heard that Redmagic only gets 2 years of updates.
A study published in Scientific Reports compared active navigation using AR to passive observation in VR, finding that participants who physically walked through space showed enhanced memory formation. The researchers also note that the structure of the physical environment influences how memories are organized. The findings could have implications for interventions in neurodegenerative diseases.
Hi. I was just checking this subreddit for the past 2 months figuring out what tablet to get for basic media consumption (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) and League of legends wild rift (currently in master tier). I was just checking alldocube website for some devices and this came up. It redirected me to AliExpress link and when I saw the price I really didn’t want to buy it because it was out of my budget. Yet for some reason I chose to put it in my cart so I don’t loose the item if I want to buy it later and surprisingly the price jumped down from 260 to 184 usd. I didn’t hesitate and straight up bought it. (Bank charged me 162€ because of exchange rates). Is it good tablet for what I need? Did I get a good price?
Are there any concerns with getting these from aliexpress with the world ROM flashed. Any issues using your personal gmail/google account as far as malware/spyware etc. I know it sounds overly cautious but I'd hate to have issues with password leaks/etc to my accounts just to save $100 dollars.
I thought about just using another google account and not connecting any of my other accounts to it but then I don't really get to enjoy the device fully as intended.
Just looking for reassurance. Thanks.
This is for a mix of native gaming, note taking + multi tasking, and some light pc emulation if possible.
The two options so far are idea tab pro gen 2, (320$ w stylus) and the yoga tab base model (400$), though the plus version is 500$
Which one is the better choice, and is there another tablet that would be better thats around 400$ with a stylus?
my main uses would be taking notes for college, texting, playing roblox, watching movies, and maybe using a nintendo switch emulator sometimes. i’ll probably use a keyboard + stylus with it too!!
which one would you guys pick for my use case and why? especially curious about the note-taking experience, gaming/emulation, multitasking, and how good the keyboard + stylus setup is!! ♡
I am currently considering purchase of either oneplus pad 2/3/4, samsung s10+/s11 or huawei matepad 12.2 (depending on how much I could save up by October/November + discounts). My usage scenario is most likely studying, drawing, a bit notetaking, gaming (probavly emulating), watching videos, job and other stuff.
Ipads are not in this list because of how closed the IpadOS is. The system itself is not bad and I am used to them but in this case I'd prefer safer options (in my country app store and VPN's are getting deleted or slowed down greatly so I might just buy a brick because of that). Aside from games they'd be great but that's not the case for me.
My main choise is between pad 2 or 3 (I know that stylo 2 is not as great as s pen or m pencil or apple pen but I am fine with that due to how powerful these tablets are). Tell me how good each of these tablets are in 2026, specifically oneplus pad 2 because its the cheapest variant and provides great effeciency in multitasking even comparing to current leaders.

Hey everyone! I just ordered a HONOR MagicPad 4 and I’ll be receiving it in a few days.
I got the keyboard case and the stylus/pen with it, so those are already covered.
My main question is about the screen protector:
Is a screen protector necessary for the MagicPad 4?
Is the original screen resistant enough for normal daily use?
Does a screen protector negatively affect the display, touch sensitivity?
Would you personally use one?
And besides the screen protector:
Is there anything else I should buy?
Are there any accessories that you consider genuinely useful?
Is there anything I should do when I first set up the tablet?
I’m just basically using my phone for everything and im getting tired of reading on such a small screen lol. looking for the best tablet mainly for ebooks, Netflix, browsing and a few casual games. I’d like something that isn’t huge or awkward to hold, but i also don’t want the display to feel cramped. Anyone here using a tablet that fits this kind of use? thanksss.
I have recently bought the Tab s9 fe+. Up until now I have charged it with my xiaomi 33w charger that came in the box with device itself and it is working just fine. Now my only concern is, will it be safe to use this charger in the long run without causing any issues to my tablet. Or should I just buy a samsung 25w charger instead?
I have a Lenovo laptop and I'm looking for a budget tablet I can use thats not part of the apple ecosystem. I use Google docs and sheets for everything and need something that will be best for reading/studying papers and my textbooks. I also want to use a pen to take written notes on the tablet so any apps/program reccs would be greatly appreciated.
My budget is around $200
There seems to be like no reviews at all that I can find at the moment on the X9 Max given how recently it's released. However it seems to be quite similar to the Pad 10.
I'm looking for a tablet mainly for media consumption like YouTube or Netflix and handwritten note taking for school.
Pad 10
- Has slightly better resolution at 2560 x 1600
- A better CPU that seems negligible at least in my use cases
- Pen support
X9 Max
- a bigger screen (12" Vs 13") but slightly worse resolution that seems negligible? ( 2500 x 1560)
For now, all I can see is that the X9 Max has a bigger screen. But that's literally the only pro. Is the Pad 10 simply the better choice? Or am I missing something?

Hi everyone,
I’ve owned a non-OLED Steam Deck since launch a couple of years ago. As a new parent, my gaming habits have shifted completely—these days I find myself using Moonlight to stream games from my main rig to the Deck on the couch way more than playing anything natively.
Because streaming is 90% of my use case, I’ve been considering switching to a dedicated tablet setup to get a better screen, higher resolution, and higher refresh rates.
I’ve come across the Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 3 (FIFA Edition / Global) on sale in my country for 40% off. Bundling the tablet with a GameSir G8+ controller comes out to right around $700 AUD total.
Before pulling the trigger, I’d love to hear from anyone with experience using this specific setup:
Thanks in advance for any insights!
I recently bought an ALLDOCUBE iPlay 80 mini Pro, and overall I actually like the tablet a lot. The size is great for reading manga, watching YouTube, and using Spotify, especially in bed.
However, I ran into a few issues shortly after getting it.
First, I noticed unusually high battery drain while the tablet was mostly idle. After a full charge, the battery dropped much faster than expected, and Spotify showed a very high percentage of the battery usage even though its reported background usage time was less than a minute.
I force-stopped Spotify, but the battery still continued to drain fairly quickly.
I then rebooted the tablet and tested it overnight in airplane mode. After about 6.5 hours, the battery only dropped by around 2%, which seemed completely reasonable.
After that, normal standby behavior also improved significantly, so I started to suspect that some process or service had temporarily gotten stuck.
Then I started having Wi-Fi problems.
Twice, while using Spotify or YouTube, the tablet suddenly lost internet access. The Wi-Fi icon still showed that it was connected to my router, but Android displayed the exclamation mark indicating “no internet connection.”
At the same time, my phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network was working normally.
Rebooting the tablet did not fix it the first time. Disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network and reconnecting fixed the problem immediately.
Because it happened more than once, I contacted the seller. They initially offered a replacement, and later agreed to a return/refund when I explained that I was worried the replacement might have the same Wi-Fi issue.
Before returning it, I tried resetting the tablet’s Wi-Fi/mobile/Bluetooth network settings and reconnecting to my network from scratch.
Interestingly, since doing that, the Wi-Fi has been completely stable so far.
The battery life is still not amazing, especially during standby, but it seems usable if I charge it daily.
The seller has kindly given me about a month to decide whether to return it, so for now I’m continuing to use it and watching for another Wi-Fi failure.
At this point I’m honestly torn. I really like the tablet and would prefer to keep it if the Wi-Fi problem is genuinely fixed.
Has anyone else with the iPlay 80 mini Pro experienced the same “Wi-Fi connected but no internet” problem?
If so, did resetting the network settings permanently fix it, or did the issue eventually come back?
and maybe watching TV?
I was leaning towards a Samsung Galaxy tab A11+ but reading the threads here have made me have second thoughts about that device so keen on getting the best one in the same price bracket.
