Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Part 1 being released by Crunchyroll. Again???

Demon Slayer Infinity Castle part 1 is being released sometime soon on Crunchyroll. But didnt they already release it months ago?

So I am either experiencing a Glitch in the Matrix Mandela Effect on this and even found residue or I am just insane? So maybe someone can clarify what has happened?

So it seems that Crunchyroll has put up a few days ago a trailer for the movie, there are news articles from Crunchyroll and other sources that were published within the last month stating how it is releasing Part 1 to stream! Like it is a huge deal? Which has me confused….

I swear I didn’t get to see Part 1 in Theaters but saw it on Crunchyroll after what seemed to take FOREVER late winter/early Spring. I also do not read the mangas because I prefer anime over manga (but I respect manga don’t get me wrong just my preference) I also prefer dub so I can enjoy the artwork and the story by watching jt instead if reading it and catching the images out if the corner of my eye-site basically. Now I can not remember if I had seen it dub or not because this would be one of those few I couldn’t wait for the dub release to watch because was excited and tired of waiting since personal life kept me from seeing at theaters. But I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE ON Crunchyroll?

So was it there then taken down? I first searched on Crunchyroll news on site for an article about it being released and couldn’t find anything about it. Only about the theater release and winning awards. So then I googled and searched the news by sorting dates of articles. Going back to March and April I found a couple of articles (none however from Crunchyroll itself) stating jt was being released on crunchyroll April 9th. Also articles did not mention if it was to be sub only or dub too releasing to stream.

Because I am just so confused?!?! Logic is not computing on the releasing of the movie to stream when it would have had to been removed to rerelease it because my memory is too vivid to be that false memory crap that people use as an explanation of ME by naysayers.

Help me have this make sense? I need to solve this conundrum of not knowing if I have jumped to like Steingate Delta (or whichever one I am on since know if hell isnt Alpha or even Beta) timeline sometime in the last few months or if this lack of logic situation has happen? Lol to be completely honest my money is on that I am right about it being released and Crunchyroll is doing something stupid again. And I am hoping someone can give me logic to help me stop my brain from hurting over this craziness

Japan is officially establishing its own major anime awards, the TOKYO ANIME NEXT Awards

I'm actually surprised this wasn't a thing before CR. Every country in the world (or at least most of them) has awards for different industries, from sports to TV shows. Even little Portugal has awards for telenovelas. There's literally the International Emmy Award for Best Telenovela, presented by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. There are the emmys, oscars etc. There are video game awards, porn awards... so how has an industry with the worldwide cultural impact of anime (even if it wasn't always mainstream) never had something like this?

My mom watched Heidi on TV in the '70s without even knowing what anime was. People in Latin America practically treated Saint Seiya like a religion. Then, in the 2000s, the English-speaking world had shows like Yu-Gi-Oh!, and later (fashionably late) DBZ. And, of course, there was the phenomenon that is Pokémon. Not to mention anime's cultural and economic impact in Japan itself. How wasn't this a thing from the beginning? Especially for a medium with every kind of story and demographic imaginable: kids' shows, comedy, romance, drama, fantasy, and so on.

Also, this makes CR lose its monopoly and stops it from so obviously benefiting its own anime. Solo Leveling... cough cough. Btw, if people like Solo Leveling, good, im also a person who loves that kind of Anime. There is room from everything, but being the nº1 show in that year, that is other story.

Now its the part that some say "nobody cares" the fact we discuss this and are always talking about scores, means that there is a need for it, you personally may not care, but seems plenty of people may do.

As a old timer like me, its "fun" seeing awards, why not? Like i said, all your arguments can be used for all kind of things, but like i said, there is awards for Telenovelas, why not something like Anime with its huge cultural impact?

People will complain anyway about the winners and losers? Yes. Still, complaining, interacting etc its what keep media and fandoms alive.
