went to landbank today lang at ito na pala daw ang bagong GSIS card? hndi na yung UMID? totoo tlga na ito na naging savings account na lagi HOW TRUE?

Overpayment?
Hello po. First time ko lang sinubukang magLoan. Bale MPL Lite amounting to 30k. Then the payment scheme I chose is 3months na tig Php 10,150. Now, deductions were made for months of May, June and July. Then surprisingly, for this month of August, kinaltasan pa din ako ng Php 10,150. Paano kaya yun? Babalik pa ba yun and until when kaya?
Niraise ko sa HR namin pero sabi niya lang, waiting lang sila sa billing or stoppage from GSIS and walang binigay na assurance if kailan i-stop or kailan irerefund yung overpayment.

GSIS LOAN RENEWAL
Hello po, I am planning po to renew ny Ginhawa Flex today, per loan balance ang outstanding balance ko ay 131,088.82, pero per tentative computation gross amount is 138,012.00 less deduction 136,008.82. Bale ang net amount po na marereceive ko is 2,003.68. Super baba po ng makukuha ko. Ang expected ko pa naman na makukuha is 8k. Please help po kung ano ang pwede solution please. Thank you po

I fully paid in advance my remaining balance sa Ginhawa Loan Lite, nag less lang ako ng 1 month dahil nakaltasan na’ko to cover the amortization this month.

ilang days/weeks/months bago mag update sa gsis touch yung PPP para magtally sila ng TLS?
Balak ko po kasing magMPL hinihintay ko lang maging 10 yung PPP ko. Wala pong arrears yung hulog ko.

GBEL Question
Can the loan amount exceed the quotation because of deductions?
Nag-apply ako sa GSIS Ginhawa Ebike Loan. Yung quotation ko is 104,700, pero ang nilagay ko sa loan amount is 106k something since may deductions sya. Yung net amount is 104,698, almost same sa quotation.
Kaya lang na-disapprove ng AAO loan application ko because: _Applied loan amount is greater than the amount in the submitted document_
May naka-encounter na po ba rito ng kaparehong isyu tulad sa case ko? Is there a specific GSIS rule saying the gross loan amount cannot exceed the quotation even if the net proceeds are within the quoted price? Pano yung deductions, need pa po pala magdagdag ng certain amount para makabili ng unit?
