Now, I am planning to apply another loan: Digital Ginhawa Loan.
What are the chances this will be approved? May possible complications ba the fact na I have an existing one?

Magandang araw po. Naapprove na yung GSIS Solar Loan ko for full amount na 500,000.00. Pero 350,000 lang yung naging final contract price dahil yun lang daw ang need sa bahay namin. MAgiging due and demandable ba yung price difference na almost 150,000.00 since ang nasa OR lang ay 350,000?
Nahulugan ko na yung emergency loan ko ng mga advanced payments on top of the salary deductions sa akin. I am way ahead of the schedule. Bakit ako may arrears? Is this a bug?
How many days po yung result nang EML recon? I have already requested thru GSIS touch and was acknowledged yesterday. Will it take weeks?
Good day! Planning po ako mag loan ng GSIS Solar loan, however, meron po akong underpayment from my existing GSIS Ginhawa flex loan last November 2025 siguro po dahil error sa deduction sa payroll.
May I know if ma approve pa rin po yung application ko for GSIS Solar loan or need ko po muna ito ma settle or ma reconcile? Baka po kasi ma decline yung bago kong application.

Hello! May naka experience na po ba na disapproved yung loan because “not eligible” yung product? I submitted formal quotation naman po from the store and was approved by AAO, pero not eligible daw po. Ito po yun sana

Can anyone help me. I want to pay my 2 existing loans (Emergency Loan and Ginhawa Go Lite) thru the GSIS App. But when I asked our HR if I could do that, they said that "maybe" it's better to go to the nearest GSIS branch and pay there personally so I can receive the certificate of full payment to which they will forward to the City HR Department so that they can update my deduction record. I just want to know if there's other ways to pay in full since I work 8-5 monday to friday and I need to file a leave first if I want to go to GSIS personally.
