A design tool for changing the UI that's already running in your iOS app

I'm building Monad Design for a specific handoff problem: when an existing app's UI is almost right, 'make this card less dense' is easy to point at but hard to describe to a coding agent.

You open the real Xcode or Expo iOS app in Simulator, navigate to the relevant state, then select or annotate the UI. Your coding agent edits the existing source and rebuilds the app. You can compare the original with working alternatives before choosing one.

This is a visual implementation tool, not a mockup generator or a replacement app builder. It currently runs locally on macOS and is free and open source.

I'm the creator. For designers working on shipped mobile apps, which part of the handoff costs you more time: identifying the exact UI state, explaining the change, or reviewing the implementation?

Codefall Rain Pro + Axiom Alchemy: two Wear OS watch faces looking for testers

[Android] — Wear OS 4+ watch faces

I’m the independent developer at Big Sky Producers. I made Codefall Rain Pro and the original Google Play edition of Axiom Alchemy, two Watch Face Format faces for Wear OS. Screenshots of the two faces:

This showcase is also an invitation to help test them on real watches. I’m looking for varied physical models from Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, TicWatch, Xiaomi and other compatible watches currently running Wear OS 4 or newer. A supported-model listing alone is not proof of installation.

We want honest feedback on readability and text clipping, always-on display, saved customization, and battery use during ordinary wear. Selected volunteers keep both separate closed-test opt-ins for 21 days, alternate the faces in normal use, and give separate initial, day-7 and day-14 feedback for each app.

Both apps are normally paid. Selected volunteers receive one private free-copy promo code per app. No purchase, public rating or reciprocal testing is requested. Places are limited.

Current stage: we’re building a screened waiting list while validating the free-install flow with an existing pilot. Signing up does not guarantee selection or immediate access.

Apply through the public signup form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScnyAmGDGqX3VZzzsVVBdQWayD18TWPCUjxGcYWBQ0BzChdZA/viewform

The form asks for your exact watch model, current Wear OS version, Google Play country, and readiness to start within 48 hours and take part for 21 days. Its responses are private; please don’t post your email or any code in comments. You can optionally enter appshowcase as the referral source.

I’m independent and not affiliated with the watch manufacturers.

I got tired of putting off my camera roll cleanup, so I built this

I’m the developer of PicPop, an iPhone app for chipping away at a messy camera roll. It groups similar and blurry shots for manual review, with Screenshots in their own section. You choose what to keep or delete; it doesn’t delete anything automatically.

14-second demo (Reddit video): https://www.reddit.com/r/SomebodyMakeThis/comments/1w42yjj/comment/pcji0f3/

It’s free to download, with a 3-day trial and then a subscription. App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/picpop-photo-video-cleaner/id6808016560

Would you start with the similar shots or work through photos month by month?
