Hi! I always see people draw on felt on Instagram and tik tok and they say they use gel pens, I heard more specifically Languo from someone but I have not had any success. I use stiff felt and have tried ironing for short periods of time but have not had any luck!!? Is it because of the brand of gel pens? Is it because of the type of felt or am I just using the wrong materials or doing the wrong steps in general? If anyone knows anything I would love to read about it thank you!

I'm a comic artist that has been granted a budget of EUR1000 on art supplies for myself as part of an art scholarship. I've only ever bought highlighter markers from the stationary store, color inks ages ago and still havent run out, and an occasional sketchbook. Anyone care to widen my horizons on the possibilities?

I just finished coloring on my binder made of pu leather using acrylic markers and like how it turned out, is there any spray or other way to help keep it intact?

Hai!! I’m looking for a device to do my art on, because using my phone and finger is getting tiring. It’s really halting my ability to develop my skills.

Want I want:

- I‘d prefer a laptop, and touch screen is a necessity.

- I want something with longevity, not that I’ll have to upgrade because it can’t use certain apps or lasts only a year.

- I don’t want something too expensive, as itd be an 18th birthday present, however I don’t have a budget I know of yet.

- I’m looking to learn animation, so I need something that’ll be able to do that for me

- As this would be my first art device, and my first time taking my art as seriously as I’ve wanted to, it doesn’t need to be some pro-teir piece of equipment. But something beginner friendly that’ll last me.

These are the programs I’m currently equipped with, I’d like to be able to use them, as it’s something I’m familiar with, however I’m open and looking to use better apps.
