Hello! Thank you for your time.

I was recently booted from my insurance due to a late payment, even though the company accepted my payment post signaling to the marketplace my coverage had been canceled. The timing couldn’t have been better as we are still months away from open enrollment and I have some concerning spots that have been changing more rapidly over the course of two months. Needless to say I really would love to seek medical advice direct from the source, however that’s a bit more challenging until Jan. 1st.

Now onto the spots in question. I noticed two spots that appeared around the same time on my thigh approx two years ago. They started as very slightly raised, but mostly just hard, slick light pink spots on my skin. The first to appear was the spot shown in the pictures above, the second appeared approx 3-4months after the first, and was located where there is ink on my tattoo so I couldn’t see the color. However it started with the same texture/feel as the first. They both seemed to stay the same size with minimal changes, just slight increase and in diameter and how raised they felt to the touch. However over the past three months I have noticed increased pace in size and texture/color change. The spot located above the tattoo has gotten much more raised over the past month and has a white and crusty top. While the first spot located closer to my outside knee has gotten much darker in color and increased diameter size over the past two months as well. Again im aware there is nothing more safe than going to a professional appointment with a licensed specialist, however I would really appreciate some initial feedback/thoughts/insight if you believe you have experience/insight to help me understand potentials and the risk involved in waiting until open enrollment to get them looked at. Thank you so much.
