Best Korean Action Movies
Please suggest Korean and Japanese action movies which makes us glued to our seats. I sleep off for most of the recent ones. Kindly suggest what’s available in Netflix, Hotstar, Disney or Zee if possible.
Hours spent watching the trilogy?
I was just thinking about my favorite trilogy and decided to do some math. I was able to determine I’ve spent somewhere in the neighborhood of 13-14 days watching LOTR since theatrical release.
Honestly, it may be more than this because I’m accounting for at least one watch per year of each movie and I know there have been times where I’ve watched all three on a weekend several times per year. It may be fair to say I’ve spent around 400 plus hours, or 16.5 days, of my life watching these movies.
Just curious if anyone else thought about this. I know there are fans way more diehard than I. What’s an honest estimate of how much of your life has been spent watching the LOTR trilogy?
Just learned Fifth Element was to be a trilogy. Should it be redone with the full script so we can see the vision?

reddit.comWhat are the worst takes you've heard coming out of a movie?
I just rewatched 7 Samurai on the big screen this weekend and a guy was telling his friend, " It was fun, not super great. Joeschmo(his friend) has it in his top 10, but not me, not even close. It was way too long. There was so much we could have done without. There definitely should be an abridged version."
Another terrible take I heard was after leaving The Drama one woman looked at her bf with the sweetest gaze and said, "I'm so glad we already know the worst things each other did." I was just thinking to myself that was not the big takeaway from that movie...at least it shouldn't have been.
I also remember my pops, years ago, after we went to see T2 in theaters, on the ride home saying, "It was a good movie, but they could have gotten a better looking woman to play the lead." Even then, I tried to explain that the role called for the character to exude toughness and wasn't made for a Hollywood bombshell. He wasn't convinced. LLS
Everyone has a right to their interpretations, but some are objectively worse than others.
