I just graduated from college and I’m back home. I was wondering if I could join someone’s rave group. I’m Asian (Desi) and honestly would like to be around other Asians both Desi and not Desi. This isn’t to dog on other people or say I’m not open to Africans/Caribbeans, Black Americans, or what have you just that I want some cultural affinity as I feel like that’s something I’ve been missing and it would be fun to have that.

This user KROSSTHERIVER promised to pay me once he got in. I let him pay me half so he could test the tickets were good. He then ignored my follow up messages and requests to pay the remainder, so basically stole from me.

My wife and I went to our first rave at last year's Breakaway and it was the catalyst for what feels like a permanent turning point in our lives. Absolutely changed as people. We've been to countless sets in town over the past year as well as Nashville's To The Future NYE party. So we're far from veteran ravers but we've had a great time learning and exploring on our own.

I know many consider Breakaway to be the "temu" of edm festivals and I'm not here to argue against that. Like many of us, we have a shortlist of changes we'd like to see.

That said, I just wanted to share that while the lineup is no where close to what we had in 2025, the experience was still incredible and for me and mine it's been highly worth the cost and labor to prepare and attend. Thanks ✌🏻😊

We both live an hour away from one another as it is. Then 285 is shutdown this weekend, which is inevitable for getting out of our areas.... is this even worth it? We enjoy EDM but are not like avid EDM scene people (we also are over 50)

I hope everyone had a fun Friday at breakaway!!! Going today with GA floor and have a few questions. I went last year but it seems it’s pretty different this yr🤭

1. how were the bathrooms? porta potties or actual brs?
2. How were the food and drinks? Specifically wondering about the jimmy johns lmao
3. Has anyone gotten their free saturday stands ticket from the side quest website? I signed up to get one for a friend and haven’t received anything yet
4. Any fun activation or must-dos outside of main stage?
5. VIP worth it?? thinking about upgrading if possible there- mostly just for the bathrooms lol

Hey y’all, I’m new to the EDM scene and need some advice.

I’m going solo since none of my friends are into EDM. On top of that, I’m stuck in the stands, which kinda feels like it defeats the whole purpose 😭

And to make it worse, all the clothes/stuff I bought for the weekend got stolen by porch pirates.

If you were me, would you still go or just skip it and hit the after-party instead?

I am traveling from Boston for Breakaway Fest ATL and am curious on how I can buy flower or pre rolls. I see that weed is still not rec legal in GA. Any insights or tips would be appreciated, thank you!
