for some reason my x11 is stuck between bt1 and bt2 in mode switch and 2.4 gigs isnt working even when the switch is on it and ive tried everything and my dongle still isn't working help pls.

Is there any scroll wheel that is the same as the one in X3? I can't find any alternative for this one.
I charged it and left it. The next day i disconnected it and after five days I wanted to use it today. It would not work. No lights, nothing. When plugged in there is a faint green light indicating the battery is full, but the laptop does not even recognise that something is plugged in. Please help
