​Hey guys, I just got my V8 today and I'm having a weird issue. The mouse feels like it's scratching or rubbing against my mousepad, like some part of the plastic bottom is catching on the fabric.

​I already tried swapping the stock skates for the extra ones included in the box, but it didn't fix it at all. It still feels like something is dragging.

​Has anyone else experienced this with the V8? Is the bottom shell warped, or are the stock skates just too thin? Any advice on how to fix this would be awesome. Thanks!

Very disappointed with the Attack Shark Company. Ordered my first mouse (x8 ultimate) from their website with shipping charges and it got canceled after a month of waiting. Literally first order experience from their website. No empathy, nothing on what can they do to make customer happy.

You guys are literally posting giveaway products and all, and shipping them too but can't ship a purchased product from your own website. Amazing. I would not recommend anyone to order from their website, ever.
