Horrifying experience last night where on our way to a new spot we saved a kid’s life (he couldn’t have been much older than 21) with two doses of narcan. Fucking 911 was going to voicemail and it took 30 minutes for the ambulance to arrive - not a single one of the kid’s friends came out, it was an absolute clusterfuck.

Havent been in a while. Love Timmy Regisford, always worried about PR crowds. It was pretty diverse at the start, trended young and straight later, but throughout the night the PR floor people were super present, right on top of phone usage, and also bounced a drunk creeper. The vibes were excellent and Timmy was wonderful as always.

Tough to be perfect, and yapping is not something you can always control, but I really do think they’re making an effort to be better.

Have friends visiting all month that want to go to some electronic shows. I've been out of the scene for a while so I'm super behind on what artists and venues are popping off atm - what shows are people most hype about this month?

Has anyone been to a day + night event before and know if the headliner performs 2 sets? One at the outdoor venue (around sundown im assuming) and one indoors around 1am? I cant seem to find any info online and want to avoid being at the venue for a full 12 hours

Was at the Slander/ Nghtmre show (Gud vibrations) and security didn’t let anyone on the rail all night what’s that about?

Pacha nyc = Brooklyn mirage is fuckin back, and at sold out there was plenty of room. It’s truly back.

Slander and Nghtmre threw down pretty hard. I will say the crowd was noticeably worse than the manifest but that’s to be expected at 5000 cap sold out pacha show. Specifically tho lots of people who were just fucking drunk as shit. But still it was super solid and i wish I stayed til the end

My group is always hitting me up for shows, which I'm thankful for, but it's always the same names. Martin Garrix. John Summit. Dom Dolla. Everything that's blowing up on TikTok or Instagram.

The second I throw out someone like Dixon, Âme, Mind Against, Stephan Bodzin, Ben Böhmer, Joris Voorn, or even some lesser-known techno/melodic house artist, the response is basically "eh."

It gets old after a while. I don't hate the mainstream acts, but I don't want every weekend to be another festival-style tech house party.

Anyone else deal with this? How do you find people that are actually into digging for artists instead of just following whatever's hottest? I'm starting to think I need a whole new rave crew.

I’m in the city for the weekend and missed the Reiner show last night cause I got too fucked up which I’m bummed about.

Anyways it’s July 4th so I assume there’s gotta be something going on, but genuinely can’t find shit. Idk I mean worst case I get barred out and roam the streets for smth which is fun enough but yeah.

I do have automod removed that works at places with shitty scanners, but any respectable establishment wouldn’t take it.

Loved the set at Nowadays was awesome. Despite the heat my feelings about the dj and set remain fairly fixed that was awesome

Idk what was in the air, maybe cause it’s a holiday weekend but so many casuals and weirdos in the crowd. Looked like most peoples main priority was to get as fucked up as possible. The heat didn’t do any favors and nobody was dancing. Is this what we should expect for Pacha? Or was this a one off weekend.

Went to the Reggaeton rave expecting actual energy and remixes. Instead they just played full original tracks straight through, no mixes, no drops, nothing. The crowd was deadddd, just big cliquey groups standing around. Nobody would let you move or dance, super territorial. Zero vibe. Total waste. Not a rave. Never again left so early I’m so mad feel like I wasted my night
