BZ Woodland thoughts thus far?

My wife’s looking to get rid of her KIA hybrid. We’ve test driven the woodland and really like it, but worried about overall miles and degradation of the battery. She sometimes has to drive 120 miles round trip for work. Using the charge from 10-80% would give 196 miles per charge. Anyone seeing a drop in miles. Using AC/radio? What’s the actual miles people are getting. Just worried she won’t be able to start making it to work Also, this being the first model out and make with Subaru, Are we feeling it will last without issues?

Edit: We just saw Subaru Trailseeker looks essentially the same. What’s the difference?

Anyone concerned about depreciation?

I test drove the BZ Woodland, was very impressed, and was ready to walk out the showroom with one.
While talking with the salesperson about my options (cash down, trade in, and financing) he tried to sway me into leasing one rather than buying. I don’t want to lease, however, his arguments were very convincing, and now I feel lost.

In a nutshell, his arguments were:
1- EV future in the US with the current political and economic climate is unclear.
2- Battery technology is ever evolving, and if Toyota comes up with a new tech next year the vehicle will lose A LOT of its value.
3- He used the BZ4x as an example of how hard depreciation can hit.

for reference, I currently drive a 2018 Rav4 (my daily) that I bought used in 2021. If I were to sell it now I can sell it for $4,000 less than what I bought it for (which is just phenomenal). the BZ Woodland would be its replacement.

Thoughts?

BZ-Battery CarPlay

Hi everyone 👋

A new update for BZ Battery is out - and the biggest news is that the app now supports **CarPlay** 🚗

It required a special approval from Apple, but it's finally in place. That means you can see battery, power consumption, temperature and cell voltages right on the car's screen while you drive.

As always, I'm happy to take criticism/praise and feature requests through the mail in the app.

Best regards, Andreas.

Anyone have large dogs?

I'm shopping around, and one of my biggest frustrations of my wrx is I cannot fit both of my dogs.

I got to test drive a regular BZ, but my dealer doesn't have a Woodland to look at.

Anyone have large dogs they drive with?
