Hi! I’m new to writing fanfiction and I recently started uploading my first one. I’m so proud of it and I was super nervous to post it. 9k and 5 chapters later, my stats are looking like this. Because I’m new to this I’m not sure if this is good or not, but it would put my mind at ease to know, even if it is underperforming. I included the summary so you can see the gist of what it’s about, if that helps you understand the marketability of it and therefore how well it should be doing for what it is. hi, I have been trying to find a good, long bkdk fic to get into but I can't find anything!
I'm realizing that I'm probably suuuuper picky so it's my own fault but if anyone has any recommendations please let me know! I'm looking for a fic that's long with good characterization and (preferably but not required!) in-universe. I don't mind au's, but I always feel like the characterization of bkdk is better in fics that take place in canon. But if there's an au that has good characterization that works too!
I've been trying to read fics and the things that always make me drop the fic are: Izuku is characterized as either too feminine and weak or too cocky and overly masculine, one or both are characterized as players who sleep around a lot (I'm sorry I just can't take it seriously lol), cheating, love triangles, unrealistic and irritating miscommunication that goes on for too long (I love the trope when it's done well!) and any super out of character behaviors. Like if it's in canon and I'm supposed to believe they smoke weed lol
When I think of a perfect bkdk fic, my mind goes straight to promises kept by gabstar 😢 I fear I may never find another fic as perfect as that one, every time I try reading a new fic I just mentally compare it and then I get bored and go back to reading promises kept again 😭
I just want a long, easy to read fic where bkdk are in character and also down bad for eachother. Not too angsty, not too complicated. A good balance of pining, romance, humor, good characterization, and drama.

There's a good chance these old BKDK fics are deleted, but I wanted to see if I could try asking here in case someone knows. Both are fantasy-based:
1.) Katsuki is either a dragonborn or he's the prince of the dragons, and he enters a political marriage with Izuku, who I believe is either an alchemist or someone who worked in an apothecary. I think it's also an ABO (or omegaverse) fic. The kingdom where Izuku hails from is ruled by Endeavor. I believe at some point, it is revealed that Izuku is wearing some sort of glamor to hide his real appearance and power, which makes him appear more soft and dainty as opposed to being scarred and muscly, being the secret apprentice of Toshinori (as usual LOL). I remember Katsuki and Izuku visits the various dragon islands, each one belonging to the clan of each Bakusquad, and that Izuku is gifted by Katsuki an abandoned place to transform and run as his own clinic. I think it has multiple chapters and it is completed, but maybe I'm wrong.
2.) The second is much more older and I only remember a few vague details of it (There's a chance I'm also recalling bits of pieces from other BKDK works)... Izuku belonging to a forest mystic tribe, I believe he also wears some sort of headdress? Katsuki is either a prince or a high ranking noble/officer. I don't remember how they make contact, but Katsuki is trying to persuade Izuku to allow his kingdom's men to do something in the forest to gather a resource. I think there's a deal where the kingdom can stay as long as they don't go further in the forest. I'm unsure whether this is completed or not.

Hi guys I feel like I’m going crazy. I read this fic a few years ago where bkdk were pro heroes and deku was cheating on Ochaco (who he was married to I think) with bakugo. Bakugo kept telling deku to break up with her but deku was scared to do it. Bkdk eventually end up together. Please help me find this I beg!!!!
