1 small room with a bathroom and a small space to cook (induction is fine) - that's all I need. Preferably at least semi furnished.

If it's a 2BHK/3BHK where my share falls inside my budget, I am okay with that as well.

Will I get anything in the mentioned location, ever?

(Most PGs I looked at in my budget are shared or just not decent enough to consider. Hence prefer non-PG)
