I’m planning a possible relocation to Bangalore later this year/early next year and I’m researching housing in advance.
My workplace would be around 10th A Main Road, Indiranagar 2nd Stage, so I’d ideally like to live within walking distance or a very short commute.
I’m looking for a fully furnished 1BHK, preferably spacious and airy rather than a compact 1RK. Natural light, decent ventilation, a usable kitchen and a clean/modern bathroom are important to me because I’ll be spending a lot of time working from home.
My eventual budget would be around 28k-₹30k/month, more maybe depending on the property.
I’m mainly trying to understand whether this kind of apartment is realistically available in Indiranagar 2nd Stage / HAL 2nd Stage / nearby areas, and which buildings/localities I should keep an eye on.
If you’ve lived around there, I’d really appreciate recommendations for areas, buildings, or rental-search strategies.
PS: I’m researching this well in advance, so I’m not looking for financial/lifestyle advice. I’m specifically trying to understand what kind of rental inventory exists around this area at this budget.
The attached photos are just references for the general space/interior quality I’m looking for, not an expectation of an exact match because I very well understand the area is expensive however after looking at a couple of fully furnished homes, which doesn’t even match the quality of furnishings I’d love to understand if this is very special or too rare to find flats you want in bangalore.
