It only took me about 31 years, but I finally completed the Champion era Denver Nuggets collection based on what I know exists. The final piece was the home white LaPhonso Ellis which I picked up from 206_Throwbacks this last week, and it finally arrived in the mail today.
I still have 28 teams left to finish off, but the next few teams I’m close to completing are the Clippers (2 left), Spurs (2 left), Celtics (2 left), Cavaliers (3 left), Pacers (4 left) and the Bullets (4 left). Pretty much every other team I have about 7 or more left to go.
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some help from people who are more experienced with vintage Champion NBA jerseys, especially those who know the 90s/early 2000s pieces really well.
I recently came across these two Champion Orlando Magic Shaquille O’Neal #32 jerseys, and I noticed a clear difference in the bottom-right/jock tags.
The first three photos are of the first jersey, and the following three photos are of the second jersey. I’m posting both specifically so they can be compared side by side.
I’m relatively new to collecting Champion jerseys. I didn’t collect jerseys back when these were originally produced.
What I’m trying to understand is why these two jerseys have different jock tags.
Could anyone with experience in vintage Champion jerseys explain:
I’d rather learn from people who know these pieces inside out before making a purchase.
Thanks in advance!
Hey all, was able to pick this up at a thrift store, and just want an opinion on this Rev 30 please. The extra tag next to the size tag makes me think it can possibly be team assigned? Or is this just a regular authentic Rev 30. I appreciate yall.
Do they ever restock jerseys that have been sold out?
This is the third and final jersey in my NBA Bubble collection. Also my personal grail jersey.
PLAYOFF JIMMY
HIMMY BUTLER
JIMMY G. BUCKETS (the "g" stands for "gets")
Whatever you call him, from the Bubble to the 8th seed Zombie Heat, Jimmy led the Heat to 3x ECFs and 2x Finals (including the Bubble Finals!) in his five years with Miami. One of the most exciting and clutch players in Heat history.
Jimmy on why he chose not to have a social justice message on his jersey:
“With no message, no name, it’s going back to who I was. If I wasn’t who I was today, I’m no different than anybody else of color … I wanted that to be my message.”
Hey folks, just wondering if this is legit? I don’t see a +2 length on the size tag.
Appreciate your help!
Found this bad boy at a local vintage shop for $50.
Hey everyone. Now that Westbrook has retired I really want to get a solid jersey as someone who doesn't really buy them too often.
Found a seller on Vinted with this jersey but not 100% sure on it even after watching some videos trying to spot fakes. Any help would be appreciated
Wondering if I could get a quick legit check on this jersey. I have a feeling it’s fake but just double checking.
KZ was part of the team in the Bubble but he didn’t play. What makes this jersey unique is that he was the only player on the Heat who chose to wear “I Can’t Breathe” as the social justice message on his jersey.
KZ may have technically “worn” this jersey but it would’ve been while on the bench so I haven’t had it evaluated as “game worn” or not. Plus, game worn analysis may not even be possible considering the COVID distancing guidelines applied to photographers in the Bubble.
Hey guys,
Could I please get a legit check on these shorts?
To be honest, I ran these pics through Gemini three times. The first and third time, it told me they were authentic, but the second time it said they were fake.
Gemini pointed out that the paper tag says AJ5593-657 (Swingman L), while the tag on the shorts says AUTHENTICS 38, and according to it, that's a mismatch.
I really don’t know what to do now, but I still have a chance to return them on Vinted. I can't verify this myself and I just can't bring myself to wear fakes - it's against my rules...⛔️
HELP 😭
Could someone lc this please.
Nike swingman shorts - I want to remove the logo if possible since im not a blazer fan but love the red white and grey stripes on the other side of the shorts. Any way to safely remove the logo?
