Everytime I play them both 2042 is just wayyy funner and it’s not even close. BF6 is full of campers and sweats and 2042 actually plays like a battlefield lol. 2042 also looks way better and the dynamic weather is fire. Servers need a revive
Is it not possible to play with 128 bots anymore? You used to be able to do so by creating a custom match via portal with PVE or PVP AI set to 128 players. I have tried this both ways and am always capped at 32 per team in game now… any way around this?
Just want to play with one other person on 128 bot maps.
Was just on BF6 for the trial, I've tried it a few times now but everything seems so off.
The graphics are no way as clean as 2042. The UI and pace are COD. Even Hardline looked and played better than this slop of a game.
Ive tried tweaking all my settings but the game graphics just look so soft. I hate it.

Bro what the actual fuck is going on here I am at 1200+ kills with the lynx and no skin I have the badge for it but no skin. I restarted game kept useing gun for a few more matches and nothing...How do I fix this

Hi everyone, i’m thinking of getting battlefield 2042 since i don’t really want to shell out about 50 usd for battlefield 6. i would like to ask is with the recent steam summer sale are there an influx in people getting the game and playing it. Last i checked on steamdb battlefield only had about 1k current players. i love the conquest mode as i managed to get a xbox game pass to try it out last time. would like to know if there’s any are more players playing the game now that it is so cheap

Hello, I just downloaded BF2042 on PC.
When I join the game, after few minutes I experience fps drops for like 3 seconds, every 30 seconds. Just like on the video.
I have already done what is in this guide.

Also I changed some 2 lines in BF settings in Notepad, it's a common solution i suppose.
Please, can anyone help me?

GPU: 3060 ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 32GB DDR4

I can confidently say the littlebird in bf6 is superior to the nightbird in 2042
the nightbird will always be better at maneuvering, but the littlebird in bf6 is more powerful

While we’ve seen many modern and historical shooters, the unique atmosphere and tactical depth of BF2142 have never truly been replaced.
The Legend of Titan Mode
Let’s be honest: Titan Mode was the pinnacle of the Battlefield franchise. Nothing since has matched that level of scale and intensity.
It wasn't just a capture the flag variant it was a multi stage tactical war.
The tension of holding silos while your Titan’s shields dropped was incredible.
The moment the shields went down and the boarding began launching yourself in pods or flying transports onto a massive moving fortress was an adrenaline rush that modern games simply lack.
We don't just "want" Titan Mode back we need it. The industry is full of standard conquest and battle royale clones, but a modernized Titan Mode with current gen destruction would be a total game changer.
The Demand is Still There
The fact that players are still active 20 years later proves that the 2142 formula is timeless. We’ve waited through modern eras, World Wars, and near future settings, but we are still waiting for the true successor: Battlefield 2143.
It’s time to bring back the Walkers, the EMPs, and most importantly, the Titans. Let’s show EA that the community is ready to board those Titans once again!

This game was a massive part of my childhood, I literally grew up playing it, i played the game every single day from 2006 until EA closed the servers in 2014.
Man, I miss the golden days! But I’ve said what’s on my heart. I’m out.
This is just a message from a true Battlefield 2142 fan who truly misses this masterpiece. It’s a part of who I am as a gamer.
