Letztes Jahr haben meine Freunde und ich uns schon entschieden beim CSU Stand in Feucht einen Blauen Albrecht von Zweigelt. Leider ist er damals schon WEIT ÜBER ZIMMERTEMPERATUR GEWESEN! Um ihnen nochmal eine Chance zu geben fiel die Entscheidung nochmals einen zu kaufen, aber nur ein Glas um nicht wieder eine volle Flasche trinken zu müssen. Leider ist er wiedermals zu warm. :/ Sehr enttäuschend, sowie die Performance von der Union im Bundestag. Nächstes Jahr werden wir keinen mehr kaufen. Als Wein liebhaber ist dies ein trauriger Anblick! Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! Habt einen schönen Abend und haltet euch von der Union fern!

(Geheimtipp ist das Pulled Pork beim Bogenschützen Verein aufm Feuchter Bürgerfest!)

Bitte liebe Mitbayern rutscht mal zu r/beichtstuhl „Ich kann die Uhr nicht lesen“ rüber und helft mir.
Da wird doch felsenfest in den Kommentaren behauptet wir Bayern würden zu 7:15 „Viertel 8“ sagen. Das ist so grauenhaft, hab das auch kommentiert und gefragt wo in Bayern das sein soll, aber….seht selbst

I’m an American who will be visiting at the end of the summer. My wife has business in Munich, so we’re arriving a week early to make a vacation of it, and see as much of the region as we can. We’ll be renting a car for the week and don’t mind driving.

Currently we’ve planned to start by heading to Stuttgart(not Bavaria I know) for our first night as I’d like to visit the Mercedes and Porsche museums. Then we’re heading to Fussen to visit Neuschwanstein; with tickets already reserved. We’re staying there the night prior to our tour and have booked the earliest English tour with hopes of getting to Linderhof in the same afternoon if we can.

From there is where I’m looking for suggestions. We haven’t decided where to spend that night and the following night. Our initial thought is to stay in the Garmisch area(or Grainau?). Then we’d be near to Zugspite, Eibsee, Ettal Abbey. Our other thought was to visit Innsbruck, Austria. Is just a day trip to Innsbruck from Garmisch feasible? Or would we be better to spend one or both nights there? Or skip it and stay in Germany?

From whichever place we stay those two nights, we then plan to trek over to Berchtesgaden for our last two nights before returning to Munich. We’d like to at least visit Kehlsteinhaus/Obersalzburg and ride one of the Konigsee boat tours while there. I have family that lived in Ansbach for a couple years while in the army and they say Berchtesgaden was their favorite place to visit in the summer. Once back in Munich we’ll have afternoons and evenings free to explore the local sights there. Open to any suggestions both for things to see and places to eat.

Hopefully this all sounds feasible in a week? I appreciate any and all advice or suggestions!

I know that hiking to St. Bartholomä is possible, and I'm not worried about the Rinnkendl section, as I have experience on via ferratas up to C level.

But what about the section from St. Bartholomä to Obersee? Is there a trail?

I came across an blog post where someone claimed they managed to do it, but the post is several years old and doesn't include many photos, so I'm not sure if it's still possible.

Looking for an apartment or house to rent for 2 people, moving from another city. Have already extensively reached out on other real estate platforms and utilizing the community to get any help if possible
