BedJet Customer Service Unresponsive

Hello,

I have been trying to get in touch with BedJet customer service since last week. We returned one of two new unopened BedJet units with a provided UPS label and RMA number. It was returned before the 60 day trial period and we spoke with a representative via online chat on July 30th, 2026 who provided us with the label. This unit was purchased through the Good Morning America deal.

We returned the unit soon after and it was DELIVERED to BedJet's return facility on August 4th, 2026. We have been in the dark and have not received a refund.

We have reached out multiple times throughout the week via online chat and via customer service email providing all supporting documentation: our order number, RMA number and UPS tracking number. All we received back were automated responses acknowledging our emails.

We just tried calling the customer service phone number during business hours and waited on hold for over 25 minutes with no response.

Please contact me as soon as possible so this matter can be resolved. It has been OVER 2 weeks since the returned unit was delivered and accepted by BedJet.

Thank you.

OZLO2 on a flight

So I’m am still so impressed with the new version. I bought three sets on kickstarter on the V1’s and had some of the struggles most have had. For me the company always went above and beyond to take care of issues and kept doing upgrades to make things better. For the most part my version 1’s performed as advertised. Now that i have a set of the two’s I am so much more impressed. I just flew with them and got stuck in ORD overnight and used them all night to block out the terrible noise pollution. Then on the trans-Atlantic flight they were life savers blocking out all the noise and 8.5 hours later still had 43% battery left. The volume adjustments and sound quality are 500% better then gen1. Only thing would be nice to have built in Apple find my tech for tracking them if needed.

BedJet shutting off at night

Mine will sometimes shut off during the night. I have the app running, and background refresh on. Timer is far from over.

Any ideas?

BedJet 3 turbo not working right

I have a fairly new BedJet 3 and when I have the turbo heat on it will sometimes switch to just heat. It is plugged into a wall outlet and not an extension cord or power strip. It will also just turn off as well. I have it set on my biorhythm and some mornings I wake up and it’s off even though it’s set to go off at 10am. I don’t use a cloud sheet that often and I live in FL so it’s hot here recently but the inside temp is kept about 69-71 consistently. S

Thanks for any help

Bedjet not staying warm?

I try to set it to 97 but almost immediately after 5-10 mins, it cools down to 80. Ive tried hard resetting it, fully cleaned and dried the filter, and even looked in the remote settings for a low power mode but I dont even see that option here. Idk what kind I have exactly but its got a touch screen instead of actual buttons. I mainly use the app and I can see it still say "set 97 actual 82"

Bedjet 3 - not bonding with it. Any last suggestions before we sell it?

We bought a BedJet 3 from the refurb site a couple of weeks ago. I do okay, but my wife gets hot at night and wakes up sweating, etc. I loved the idea of the air circulation having the wicking effect. We understood that it's not an A/C and doesn't work like that.

It was a bit tricky installing on our bed because of how our bed frame is shaped, but we made it work. So far it just makes her feet super cold, but nothing ever reaches her upper body, where she gets the hottest. We both like to "tuck in" our feet into the sheets and blankets, so we're probably just blocking the airflow by doing that. We've tried lots of different settings with the fan speed and temp, and can't find anything that works.

We thought about doing the BedJet sheet to more evenly distribute the air, but my wife is worried it will just make her cold all night since the air will be coming from everywhere. Should we try it anyway? Don't particularly want to sink another $100 into something we may be about to sell.

Edit: went ahead and bought the Cloud Sheet! Wish us luck!!

App crashing older BedJet!

I believe I either have BedJet1 or BedJet2. I’ve had it for over 10 years. As soon as I saw it on Shark Tank (2015) , I bought it. I was using the original app which started not working a few years ago on my iPhone 12. It would just crash out when I went to pair it. Now I have an iPhone 17 that I also can’t use the app on as it crashes when I go to pair. I’ve been using an old iPhone 5 just for the app and now that iPhone 5 is dead. It seems like the first generation app only wants to work on really old software. I’m really not sure what to do anymore guys! Anyone else having this issue and find any workarounds? My BedJet is going super strong. I’d hate to have to buy a new one just because the app doesn’t work! (i’ve tried every BedJet app in the App Store) HELP I sleep miserably without my BedJet 😭

I was so excited and this kind of ruined my day!

I was so excited to get my Bedjet Cloud sheet today and UPS brought me an empty box. I refused the delivery and messaged BedJet. Waiting for them to respond but I've been waiting for this thing and was truly ecstatic for it to show up. Kind of ruined my day.

Am I doing something wrong?

I saw so many good reviews that I finally decided to buy the mini, but so far I wonder if I’m using it wrong as I’m not very impressed! I currently have the nozzle set up in between my regular fitted sheet and my comforter, which is all I sleep with. I can definitely feel airflow coming out of the nozzle and I can feel some airflow by my feet, but I’ve ran it on cool 100% for the past two nights and still have woken up hot. I can’t really feel the fan on my body. It’s almost like 100% fan feels like what I thought 50% fan would feel like. Is it because I got the mini? Is it because I got refurbished? Do I need the special sheet? Or was I just expecting something more?
I’ve also tried different nozzle positions and even with it directly at my feet it feels like it should be giving me more.

Shipping Time

How long does it take for the BedJet to ship out? Heat has been brutal so I pulled the trigger and purchased this weekend but I still haven’t gotten confirmation that it shipped (3 business days).

Edit: weirdly, it showed up today (same day as post). I got the ship email three hours later.

Newborns and bed jets? Should I still get one?

We just had a newborn and as such our house is warmer than usual and will be for the foreseeable future to accommodate her comfort. Before we had our child we were already considering a bed jet because both my husband and I like sleeping in the ice cold. If it could be 50 in our house all year we would thrive. We were hesitant to pull the trigger on the purchase but now we have the perfect excuse.

My husband is concerned about how the air gets dispelled from the cloud sheet. Is the fan just going to disperse ice cold air onto her anyways? If that’s the case I don’t think we can move forward right now and might be looking at an electric cooling mattress topper instead.

BedJet clips

My BedJet just won't stay upright in the clamps. I put the sheet into the clips, and have a hair tie trying to keep it in there but inevitably, it continues to fall backwards and out.

Today I found one side of the clips on the floor and cannot fix it. Does anyone have a hack to keep it in place?

Keep waking up too hot or too cold

Hi i’ve had the bedjet 3 for just over a month now, and started using the cloud sheet for about a week.

i cant seem to find a temperature that keeps me asleep, there have been times where i’ve gone to sleep on one temperature, woke up too cold, increased the temperature by 1°C, then woke up an hour later too hot.

as a less extreme but recent example, last night in the uk my bedroom temperature was 23.6°C, i set the bedjet on extended heat 25°C at 50%. at 5am (23.2°C room temp) i wake up with my body partially covered by the sheet, i’ve escaped it while asleep because it’s too cold, so i increase the temperature, admittedly by 3°C, and i then wake up an hour later way too hot.

my body is extremely sensitive to temperature changes during sleep, and my hopes with this product was that i could find a temperature that works, or a biorhythm setting, and stay asleep, but what it seems like is that the temperature in the uk/my own body’s preferences are fluctuating so much that my settings have to be reconfigured each day.

i’m not sure though, am i using the wrong settings? should i be at 30% instead? should i change it to °F so i can set the temperature with more precision?

i really don’t want to have to buy an eight sleep for the machine learning/body temperature relative automatic adjustments so any thoughts would be appreciated.

The entire hose part is bending/sagging away from the bed.

Someone else made a post about the clips and I didnt want to hijack it.

I got my 2 bedjets about 7 months ago now, and its been great, but im finding the entire rig that holds it up is sagging further and further away from the bed. Its as tight as it can be under the matress, but its arcing away more and more.

Anyone run into this and fix?

Anyone else think the cloud sheet was too heavy/hot?

Hey guys just got my bedjet last week and I'm really enjoying it. I got to test both cold and warm features in the same week, because a few days ago I must have caught a virus and had a fever. I used the warm setting at night when I had chills and it was the best thing I ever felt. So I'm really looking forward to that in the winter, especially because I don't use heat in the bedroom. I love it cold!

Generally I fall asleep comfortably and don't use it while sleeping. I like to use it before sleeping and in the morning when I wake up before getting out of bed.

I tried the cloud sheet and found it very hot. Perhaps it's meant to be used with the bedjet on all night, but like I said I don't feel I need any warming or cooling before falling asleep I usually feel just right. But with this sheet I woke up both nights I tried it drenched in sweat despite the room being 67 degrees with AC on. I use a lightweight quilt since it's summer and the sheet was heavier than my quilt. I also found the dispersion a little uneven. Air kept hitting my knee and that was uncomfortable, but it also never reached higher than my hips. So the top half of my body was warm. I did shake and shimmy it and make sure everything was closed/it was installed correctly.

I'm putting it back in the closet for now perhaps I'll try it in winter when I don't use any heat in my room.

So for me, as a person who runs very hot, I'm part of the 30% that loves the cool breeze directly on my body and my own lightweight top sheet and quilt.

Cloud Sheet structure question

I just purchased a BedJet 3 and I am debating whether or not to buy the Cloud Sheet. On the BedJet website, the top of the sheet looks like it has square stitched chambers that fill up considerably when on. I noticed on a recent consumer post here, the sheet looked like a regular flat top sheet with no stitched chambers. It also looked like it didn't fluff up when on. Instead, it looks like it just blows air near the spout without filling the whole bed.

I wanted to make sure the whole King size sheet fluffs up. Which is the real BedJet structure, the chambered one or the flat sheet one?

Electric Bill

I know this has been discussed in the past, but i wanted to see if anyone else has insight on this. I bought two bed jets (one for me and one for my teen). Since buying them our electric bill has skyrocketed. $500 last month and $600 this month. Nothing else has changed besides running them when we sleep.

I'm thinking about just selling them atp. As much as we like them, I dont like them enough to pay double the electric bill. I see people say they dont use much energy....but something is definitely going on since we started using them.
