Does the dry setting actually do the reverse and make people sweat or is it just me? I woke up dripping and had to go back to cool at 80% fan.
I was truly expecting to be able to feel airflow under this sheet. I feel none at all. Just laying under a puffy blanket. Has anyone modified their cloud blanket to let actual airflow out of it like ventilated car seats?
Not affiliated, just been lurking here for info on the GMA deal. Ive been searching daily for any active sales and came across this sale. It appears to be very limited. I purchased one today 5/20. It ships free from Bedjet and retains the 60 day trial and warranty. Note: It could be cheaper through the GMA sale, whenever that is.
The link takes you to Helix Sleep you need the info from the site I linked for the full discount. https://www.geethanksjustboughtit.com/p/solved-my-sleeping-probs-and-made
I’ve been using a BedJet since the v1 days and was constantly frustrated by the hose shifting and leaning to the side. I finally decided to stop fighting it and designed a custom mount to lock it in place.
Really happy with how stable this made the setup and definitely got me thinking about what other 'quality of life' improvements I can engineer for the BedJet.
Happy to hear any suggestions for my next project!
I have a foot board that is too thick for the clamp to reach the extender. Any creative ideas on how to make it work?
I found one for $300, comes with the remote but no cloud sheet. Is that a decent price? Apparently was purchased back in September. Anything else I should ask/check for before agreeing to purchase it? And they agreed to plug it and make sure it works before I pay. Please let me know, thank you in advance!
According to Tory's Facebook page, it's back on May 21st. I missed the last deal, but I'm ordering immediately this time.
I have been with Bedjet since the OG Kickstarter. I have given them to friends and family over the years.
Here are my top two suggestions:
Most people lose 0.5–1 liter (1–2+ pounds), sometimes up to a full liter or more, every night in hot/dry conditions.
Program M1 to run full blast at room temperature and start it when you finish making the bed in the morning. My Egyptian cotton sheets always seem more "hotel fresh crisp" when I run this every day. It will keep the mattress dry and help with its overall longevity.
My comfort comes from lowering the humidity while sleeping. If there is too much airflow, I tend to dry out and I have bad sleep, but at a 5% wisper, the humidity stays low and I'm in total comfort. I'm seeing many new users pushing air at 50% and higher, and I'm not sure why.
I program M2 to "Summer" - 5% flow, 72 degrees, and M3 to "Winter" 5% flow, 75 degrees.
We use a regular comforter and a flat sheet (no special air sheets or special setup).
Not sure if this is helpful, but I wanted to throw it out there. 😄
We have one of those beds with hydraulic lifts that till the the mattress up to access under bed storage, so I need an idea for how to discretely store the bed jet. Has anyone found a good option? Maybe a bench with storage and a hole for the hose to come out?
I’m still washing and reusing my original filter. Should it be replaced? Where do I get them? And can thin carbon foam sheets be cut to size and used?
