What you need to do:
Record a short video, under 60 seconds. We give you the script, you just read it and record it, no need to write anything yourself. No editing required, we handle that on our end. Takes around 20 minutes per video, very simple.

Payment:
Rs 500 - 700 per video. We need 30 videos to start, that is Rs 15,000 - 21,000 for the first batch. If your work is good, this becomes long term, regular monthly work after that.

Anyone in India with a good quality camera. No followers criteria, follower count does not matter at all. Just need to be confident in front of camera.

Every time I look around for part-time gigs or ways to monetize my free time between classes and coding, the options are miserable. You either grind on freelance boards fighting for pennies against global competition, fall for scammy data-entry traps, or give 40% of your earnings to an agency middleman just to post a brand review.

As someone who spends most of my time at hackathons or deploying React apps on Firebase, I realized the tech isn't the problem—the business model is.

We have a massive gap in India right now. Brands are desperate for authentic, user-generated content from real people. Young professionals and students are desperate for genuine, part-time revenue. Yet, the platforms connecting them are completely broken, treating users like products rather than partners.

So, I decided to start building something to fix it.

The concept is a "Learn-to-Earn" ecosystem. Think of a gamified platform where you level up your skills (video editing, copywriting, reviewing) and unlock direct brand bounties. The catch? The creator keeps 100% of the money. Brands fund the escrow and pay a 15% platform fee for the software and access. No middlemen. Data stays localized.

Before writing more code, I want to hear from the people who actually feel this pain. I’m not dropping a corporate survey link here—just looking for raw feedback in the comments:

For the creators/hustlers: What is the single most frustrating thing you’ve experienced trying to earn part-time online? (Minimum payouts, scammers, competition?)

For the devs: What is the biggest technical bottleneck I’m going to hit scaling video hosting and automated UPI escrow payouts before the platform is profitable?

For everyone: Would a gamified "skill tree" actually motivate you to upskill and collaborate with others, or does it sound too much like a gimmick?

I am putting this together because I want to see an Atmanirbhar ecosystem like this exist. I want to build this transparently, as a community. I’m completely open to having some enthusiasts jump on board to contribute to the development or community building.

To be clear, I’m not desperate for co-founders—I will keep building out the frontend and pushing code regardless—but if this idea hits a nerve and you want to build something that actually disrupts the agency model, my DMs are open.
