Is Netflix quietly switching to AI dubbing now?

Lately I’ve noticed some English dubs on Netflix sound… weirdly flat. Not “bad acting” flat. More like every line has the exact same tone and rhythm. No emotion shifts, no natural pauses, no intensity. Almost like text-to-speech with a human skin on top.
I noticed it while watching a couple foreign thrillers recently and once you hear it, you can’t unhear it. Especially during emotional scenes where the voice stays weirdly steady.
Are streaming platforms actually experimenting with AI-assisted dubbing now or am I imagining this?

Dark and12 Monkeys

The OA, Sense 8 and The Devil's hour ( Please bear with first 4 episodes of Devil's hour, then you start getting flavour of The OA).

Travelers and Timeless

Under the Dome and From(From is lil boring, could have wrapped in 2 season instead of long 4 season)

1899, Bodies, Midnight Mass and Archive 81(All are miniseries and are very interesting).

Need to watch The Leftovers. 11 22 63 to completly to review

Note: Dark, The OA and 12 Monkeys should be in the hall of fame of this genres
