Slip not Settled after 7hrs +

So this slip hasn’t settled. It doesn’t say I won or loss. It says I can cash out at near the amount I put in. However, the games been over for 7 hours and I had a parlay that had the opposite event get settled immediately. I had a bet the dodgers would get over 4.5 which lost immediately after the game ended. This slip for under 4.5 hasn’t settled yet. Can anyone help me? I attached the slip.

my account has been like for 3 days now, i have been on contact us with them and they tell me it is under review and they have not gave me any specific time or anything. Does anybody have any useful info on what to do?
