There have been multiple days this week where I have tried to contact customer support and have stood in queue for over an hour and haven’t reached a damn person. Is anyone else having this issue? And yes I did email and still waiting on support. Just ironic being level 3 and not being able to reach anyone lol

Why do I have a gift box under my bonus tab?

Im not kidding, ive been VIP for 3 months and the only thing ive gotten was a 20% deposit match up to $100, even prior to this my entire year ive been with betrivers outside of sunday (which is always a measly $1-$5) I havent gotten freeplay from them a SINGLE TIME while im also at a negative with them in wagers. I even emailed their VIP support team asking if im eligible for anything and they said I am not but they strive to be a strong competitor to other casinos.

? I feel like I am going crazy with these people, literally any other casino could give me 10 bonus spins at a dollar each and beat what theyve done in an entire 3months and they think they are actually competing wirh anyone??? I am sorry for those of you here who may live somewhere where these guys are your only option because by far they treat you worse than any of their competitors then will lie to you and say they are trying. I use Draftkings, Fanduel, Fanatics, and BetMGM and they are significantly better, in fact you get a minimum of $5 a day in bonus spins with MGM at the moment.

These guys are horrible, worst loyalty program ive ever seen and youll find that out if you ever interact with their support implying they even respond to begin with, move to somewhere else if you have the option. Good luck

Hello since they went to the new xpoint software I can no longer use my pc they keep thinking

im playing out of state when im not. I have tried multiple pcs browsers my neighbors internet even using a pc at walmart with there internet and it doesnt work. However my iphone/ipad works fine on the same internet is anyone else experiencing these issues on here or figured out a way to resolve them? I play poker and wanna play 8 tables at a time and can only play 4 on my ipad/phone any help?

So i never looked at it before but for the huff n puff.. idk the newest one its $12 for a buy pass... so what should I do buy pass then bet like 20? Is this worth it?

This platform 100% manipulates gameplay on a user to user basis.... they have bent me over all year long. I literally reach out to support every single day and let them know how horrible my results are and that ive tripled my annual losses this year alone. I request a courtesy everytime as I think its more than appropriate but 100% necessary as someone who has profited them 25k this year alone.... not only do they insult me and tell me I am not eligible for any gestures they then punish me by making my results worse than the day before. This is astonishing as my results the day before were garbage. It doesnt matter what game I play , doesnt matter how much I wager , doesnt matter what time of day. They dont give a shit about people who profit them 10s of thousands of dollars...and will screw them over the hardest.... I expressed that a $50 courtesy would go a long way to maintain customer satisfaction for me , and that clearly i dont plan on withdrawing a measly $200 and that there is a 99% chance its all going directly back to them anyhow.... and these insulting fucks wont even take that .5% chance I may come up to the point where I am able to withdrawal 10% of my overall losses (cause it would take a few grand jack pots to even break me even ).... fuck betrivers they will spit in your face , slap tf outa you , kick you to the ground , take $1000 out your wallet and if your lucky they will flip you a dime before they walk away while jerking each other off. Thieves who belong in prison.

Been a VIP platinum 3-4 (fluctuating back and forth cause not the biggest fan of betrivers vip program) for some time and tomorrow is my birthday. It was late last night and I clicked into my casino bonus to activate and didn’t really pay attention but a pop up with my birthday “bonus” came up I believe (again it was late)

…my birthday bonus was $10

Granted I could be wrong and I will update this thread tomorrow but if that’s truly all as a VIP I get…I implore you to stop using this casino/Sportsbook because that’s simply ridiculous. I’m a VIP elsewhere and trust me I’ve already got bonuses and gifts 1000x better

Has anyone else been having issues getting through to BetRivers support lately? I haven’t been able to reach a real person in chat for days. The bot says it’s transferring me, then I’m stuck waiting for hours with no response. I also sent an email 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back. Any suggestions on the best way to actually get through to support?

anybody ever randomly just stopped being able to get the one time code i have talked to customer service & my phone provider nobody have helped yet
