I’ve been manifesting this sandwich lol turkey with a red pepper pesto, goat cheese, tomato, onion and arugula on sourdough!

Turns out classic German bread rolls work perfectly for this.

Cheeky little chicken burger Taiwanese ish fried chicken I did in the air fryer, quick pickled red onion, salad and black sriracha and pickle mayo that tasted like a burger sauce, on a milk bun. Pretty tasty little number

I should have taken a photo of the cross section, but my hands were covered in queso.

100% Angus beef, bacon, grilled onions, melted cheese topped with “Low and Slow” bbq sauce. And draft root beer (the ice on the mug had mostly melted by the time the fresh-cooked burger came out). 😋

I know most would say the pulled pork is the star but just look at that jammy egg 😍.

Oh and some arugula for virtue signaling.
