Why no cleaning groups in bhagalpur?

I was wondering if there is some cleaning groups , where we can contribute to make the city a little cleaner ?if there is i would like to join and if there isn't why can't we make one ? If no one's gonna do anything,nothing will ever change. This city is soo doomed , haar jagah it's littered and smells so ughhhhhh . We can try to and spread awareness too (ik yaha ke log nhi samjhenge ) but you don't know until you f around. It can be a weekly things (on Sundays when mostly people are free) , were people meet and decide a particular place to clean up. Idk js had a thought about lmk if you have any thoughts on how to execute things or wathever.

This is just beyond embarrassing. The bridge got collapsed and 35 days later somehow a Bailey bridge was constructed to resume operations for two- and four-wheeled vehicles which is only one way but even there posters of the minister and chief minister along with garlands of flowers are on display.

GOOD CAFE OR SPACE FOR EVENTS

Hiee, is there any good big space to host an event for 30 people, or a good cafe which doesn't touch the sky with their menu?

Not a hall, but aesthetic typpa space or cafes don't suggest restaurants because they charge a lot.

I've thought of pine villa cafe for a while and hideout cafe & restaurant which is based in tilkamanjhi...

PLEASEE suggest me asappppp a good one that's big and even if I do the event the cafe won't get disturbed like the customers come and go without any problems.

Title: Moving to Bhagalpur for a month. What should I expect?

I'm a btech cse student and I'll be coming to Bhagalpur next month for a summer internship at IIIT Bhagalpur. I've never been to Bihar before, so I'm curious and worried about what the city is like.

How's the weather around June July? Is the city generally safe for students? What are some good places to eat or visit when I get free time?

I'd also love to hear from anyone studying at IIIT Bhagalpur or who has spent time there. How's the campus, hostel life, internet, food, and overall experience?

Honestly, any tips for a first-time visitor......
