Let’s say today is June 10th. Today, I can see an offer that was created on June 1st, but I couldn’t see that offer on June 9th. Why is this?

In P2P platforms like Bisq, should I do a bank transfer to buy the BTC? It shows your real name and other details to the seller. I dont feel comfortable with that unless there is no risk. Are there alternatives?
