I bought God Mode + Bitizen through BitLife Store on Safari on my old IPhone in January 18, 2026 using Debit Card. I changed to a new IPhone in february and recently redownloaded BitLife to see that I couldn’t restore God Mode + Bitizen. Yes, I have tried to press “Restore Purchase” button several times. Yes, I’ve been using the same Apple ID for the past 10 years. No, I could not find the Bitlife in my Apple Store’s purchased history since I bought it through Bitlife Store.

I created a customer support ticket on Bitlife website on July 25, they replied in August 4 telling me to press the “Restore Purchase” button. I told them it didn’t work, also provided the transaction history in my bank app. They’ve been ignoring me ever since. What do I do now?

I just went into bitlife and it gave me a new life for no reason so I go back into my saved lives to get the life I was just playing and instead of loading me into that one it just creates a new one for me and forces me to play that one. This game is absolutely unplayable with the amount of bugs it’s truly disappointing.

So I saw the game on this sub and decided to buy it

It's good but it's kinda bad also

Like there are too many details which is a bit overwhelming.. for example I don't have enough knowledge about stocks and finance but to avail those things and earn money in the game through that it feels I need a degree in finance

The character design is absolutely shit like wtf they added legit ugly pics of people animated style like work on that..

The game is too detailed and just too much to explore which is a bit overwhelming.....

Also my character dies at the age of 39 even though I have full health and no underlying disease like tf let me explore some stuff first

Then the debate and quiz part in politics expansion pack.. dude legit they have written the text with the lightest blue over a white background it's freaking invisible...

In short the game needs a lot of touch ups and it's kinda disappointing that you guys are taking money just to play the game but have delivered such an underpiece...

I used the bitlife marketplace to save money on a dlc. Turns out it costed me more instead since i bought the same DLC 2 times and am not even allowed to use it. Just wasted 14 bucks

The Time Machine hasn’t been working smoothly lately..

When you age down a year your age sometimes stays the same and if you die and come back it gets even more inaccurate, and makes your age show that you’re 122 for example when in reality you’re 119. It makes me avoid even using it because it throws off the whole aesthetic and makes children’s ages inaccurate.

It was one of the most expensive features, and it sucks? 😵 are they to lazy to fix it or what.

I love Bitlife, but I want to find more games like these. A lot of people self promote their work, its not bad, but i want a consensus on which alternate game is the best, both free and paid.

By best I mean
- good UI

- full fledged life sim, like Bitlife, if not more detailed.

- a lot of choices, careers, customization, etc.

- preferably not overly done through AI.

I dislike that you HAVE to join a pre-existing band, and that you can kick people but you can’t recruit other people. It’s just kinda sucky

In a similar vein, you should be able to join a band or start acting before you’re 18 as well. There are under 18 bands and actors who are younger than 18 in real life, and you can work alongside under 18 actors in the game so why can’t you start acting for work before that?
