I am a biomechanical engineer, an expert in surgical implants and instruments which I design for many applications including cosmetic devices like expandable breast implants. I know many of the best surgeons and devices globally and in the circles I run, I have noticed that girls that I date almost always go full goddess while we are dating.

So is my appeal my skill set or is the allure of women I date going to the movies with me while their 9000cc+ oversized, ever expanding breast implants bounce with ever bump in the car on the way there, wriggling them out of their tops so they can tease me knowing I am a loyal, good guy that will give them a great goddess life where the only work they will ever have to do is be a sweetheart and help me build a family.
I have had something in the back of my mind since I was a kid, I want a big and tall Tom and Jerry welt on the top of my head. Hi! I’ve seen a lot of people who get body mods for practical reasons as well as cosmetic, so I think this would count? I have toes that are stuck in a permanent curl, and I physically can’t straighten or lay them flat because the skin is fused together, and the bones are stuck like that. All my life I’ve had problems with fungus, and the skin underneath my toes splitting and causing open wounds that would get infected. I don’t know if it can be fixed with surgery or not, so I’m considering just removing them all together. My big toe and index(?) toe are the only ones that are normal, so I would keep those for balance, but is it possible to get the others removed? I’ve never seen someone do it before so I don’t know, but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Now, again, back to the story.
I booked an appointment with Kaloy Piercing.043 and paid a 50% downpayment (₱525). Unfortunately, due to an emergency, I had to reschedule. So instead of Sunday, I wanted to reschedule it to be on Tuesday.
I immediately told my piercer and implied na okay lang sakin magbayad ng ₱200 rescheduling fee.
Now here's what happened,
My piercer offered to waive yung ₱200 rescheduling fee. Basta mag send daw ako ng partial advance payment. Sila mismo nag offer niyan, I didnt ask for it. So I sent ₱360 as a compromise. Pumayag sila. That was our agreement. Clear yun.
Hours later, biglang nag send sila ng screenshot ng "manager" nila na galit daw at kailangan ko raw magbayad ng FULL remaining balance + ₱200 rescheduling fee. Eh na-waive na yun? So naguluhan ako. When I calmly pointed out na may agreement kami, bigla silang naging defensive, hostile, at sobrang unprofessional.
Mind this, I was so respectful pointing out their own policy to them at yung agreement namin. But they took that as a personal attack, said things na hindi naman daw sila gahaman sa pera, etc. at kayang kaya nya daw kitain ang sinasabi kong pera.
Since hindi na ako comfortable magpa pierce sa kanila dahil sa naging treatment nila, I asked to cancel and asked for a refund. They refused because of their "non refundable" policy. Nung gusto ko sumunod sa policy nila (na sa day of session pwede magbayad ng full), hindi nila sinunod. Pero nung ako naman ang humingi ng refund ng downpayment ko, bigla silang naging strict sa "non-refundable" policy nila. So ang labas, sinusunod lang nila yung rules pag convenient sa kanila?
Anyways, my piercer agreed na irefund yung ₱360 advance payment ko pero not the ₱525 down payment. Pumayag sila pero biglang binawasan ng ₱200 para sa rescheduling fee na na waive na naman! So from ₱360, ₱160 na lang ang ibabalik? Yung ₱360 na binayad ko ay para sa piercing balance, HINDI para sa rescheduling fee. Tapos ngayon, ibabawas nila yung fee na sinabi nilang "waived" na? Parang nakakaloka lang.
May ibang nag-point out din na
Ballpen daw gamit nila pang markings (hindi sterile).
Naka watch yung piercer habang nagpi-pierce (contamination risk).
Walang autoclave na kita (meaning hindi properly sterilized yung tools).
₱1050 ang singil nila pero STAINLESS STEEL yung jewelry, hindi titanium (yung titanium kasi yung standard for healing, yung stainless steel cheap at pwedeng mag-cause ng allergic reaction).
Their policy states: "Full payment is required before the session, on the day of the session." My session was on a Tuesday. I was willing to pay on Tuesday pag nakapunta na ako sa shop nila and BEFORE they start. They demanded it days earlier, and then got mad when I said no.
I lost ₱885. regalo pa naman yung pera na yun ng Lolo ko for my birthday. Hindi biro yun sakin bilang isang student. Pero at this point, mas gusto ko na lang i-share to para hindi na kayo magsayang ng pera at oras sa kanila.

Some lobe sculpting on my left ear to make it match up to my right, which also previously had some scarring removed. The left just needed a small lip of scarring / stubborn skin removed to make it mirror the right side. First photos are fresh of the left side, then some pictures of the right side healed. I have Crohn’s disease and been on immunosuppressant medication for 6 years .
My specialist said it’s ok to do tooth implant .
I done it 19 days ago / 4 implants / 3 was easy and for last one we extracted a brokentooth and put implant in.
The jaw around 3 of them been healed and the implant which been placed in extracted tooth getting heal as I see . I had no infection .
I took an xray and xray shows one implant is very close to my own tooth .
I asked to get an (cbst ) a scan to see if xray is correct or not /
My question is : shall I take out the implant as might in future be a problem for another tooth ?
Please can someone answer me as I’m overthinking because of my situation.

Does anyone have a conch coinslot that fits 8mm 5/16 sized rings? I have a conch coin slot procedure scheduled and I’m wondering if I’ll be able to fit that size rings in it. I’m planning to ask my artist to place it where I’d be able to but when I look at rings that size up against my ear it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to get one that close to the edge of my ear where they would fit. I have a collection of rings that size I’d like to use and a lot of the rings I plan to buy are also that size.

Holes on the side of face/cheeks? With Ventriloquism the actors always need to have their mouth parted (most of them smile to try and make it "inconspicuous") to let the sound escape... Always made me wonder if said people with holes could keep their mouth/lips "closed" and speak in ventriloquism? Ok so I’m at 16mm and I don’t think my ears are built for this or at least one of my ears, my ears are the kind that go straight into ur neck like I don’t have dangling lobes but that’s not my main issue. Specifically in the back of my right ear the skin back there like engulfs my jewlery and it really hurts. I just don’t know what to do or what jewlery to wear with my anatomy. When I wear silicone tunnles I have to cut the back of them because it irritates the skin back there so much. I’m currently wearing metal tunnels that screw on but look like double flare and even thought the rim part isn’t too big it’s like really not working with my ears and I also fear I can’t even go bigger at this point with the irritation. Like I can try something that’s more of a plug that I hold in place with bands because that seems like the least irritating method but first off all I really want something hollow and second of all those kinds always come out especially if it’s some kind of rock or crystal they’re heavy and fall out. Then obviously silicone is irritating and I like metal but like everything is irritating with the skin in the back of my ears going on top of the jewlery. What do you guys recommend, what kind of jewlery should I be wearing. Help me out stretched community 🙏🙏
