So, I've been contemplating having my toes removed since I was a kid. I'd like to get it done by a professional for all of the obvious reasons. I have no idea where to start. I'm worried that asking my doctor for a referral to a surgeon would just land me with a psych referral. I would love advice, referrals or where to start. I'm on the west coast of the US, and happy to travel if that's what it takes.

So I have three tattoos and seven piercings as of current but I’ve had my heart set on a new tattoo going on my should and also getting my nipples pierced but I’m curious as to how the healing would be.
I know it would probably be a lot slower than if I got them spaced out but would it be a bad idea to get them both within maybe a month of each other, considering individual healing requirements, sleeping, and daily cleaning?
Curious about how the pain is, how was healing, any issues or pros with it with intimacy those types of things.
I was told protection is a must during intimacy for 3 months. Which now that I’m (newly) married is kind of a deterrent.

Hi friends, I’m supposed to get my tongue split on August 29. I have my split at 10am, and my flight homes start at 12:30. That’s 2 hours to ensure no bleeding or severe immediate swelling. I have a 1 hour flight to Houston, a 2 hour layover, then a 1 hour flight back to San Antonio. I just need someone to tell me they traveled after their split and survived. 😩😩
Also, I just need people to tell me about how quickly the swelled. I know the healing will be awful, but I’m so nervous because I have a FAT tongue so swelling is worrisome. I’m going to RHYYNO (and he’s IMMACULATE), so I know my procedure will be seamless. I guess just hearing stories would be nice of the first 12 hours after.
I’ve always wanted piercings but I’m struggling with chronic fatigue and forgetfulness so I’m sure they would close up fairly quickly due to me not wanting/remembering to get up and maintain them every day. Are there any permanent ear modifications? I’ve seen something like elf ears on here before, so I was wondering if there was anything else that was permanent and looked cool, my ears are large and boring I really want to customize them, ideas super appreciated⭐️
EDITT; it’s not the healing process I’m concerned with, I meant more of something that once it’s healed I don’t have to do any special maintenance or wear jewelry in it for the rest of my life to prevent anything from closing up. Sorry for wording it poorly⭐️

I need help right now, just took a new one (went from 8g to a 6g) out due to some pain bugging me in the middle of the night when I did I was dipping blood everywhere wtf do I do?? I'm 17 and parents never took me to an artist to get started with this just a kit off Amazon which may have been a worrying choice but it worked fine till now??
A week ago I was only able to stretch one ear up but then I did the other two days ago and it started with some pain from first stretching to the new size which I'm used to that, but the pain normally goes down, this did not. I woke up at 4 without being able to sleep again due to the pain so I decided to just take the one that was causing the pain out then was met with blood and not just a bit of it which is NOT normal for me at all.

I got snake bite lip rings I did it myself and didn’t hurt I guess I love pain
