So what I wanna know is how does the average person afford plastic surgery? Loans? Saving up? Just luck? Someone let me know please!
I got airsculpt 360 1.5 years ago, following all protocalls got 25 MLD massages, wore my faja and foams for 6 months straight and ended up with loose skin and these soft dimples.

I (40f) have recently noticed that my saddlebags area and backs of my thighs are looking...looser ans flabbier than before.
I've always carried most of my weight in this area and had a decent amount of cellulite, but it's definirely worsening.
Before I take the plunge with surgery, I'm wondering what could help. I'm considering RF massage with cupping, Velashape or something like Cellulab. Which of these would help firm up/reduce circumference?

If I was to get hylauronic acid fillers in the lower body, could this potentially affect the effectiveness of body contouring treatments? Because the fat obviously needs to move around to leave the body. I was wondering if fillers would block that?
Thought I'd share my win! No matter what I did, my arms would not shrink.
