Kal raat se light ni hai… any idea what has happened?

Hey guys,

Need some help. I was expecting my Important Document today. Got the "Out for Delivery" SMS in the morning, and around 4 PM I got another message saying it had been delivered.

The problem is... nothing was delivered. No postman came, no call, and nobody at home or nearby received it either. The SMS also mentions BEAT_37.

And Guess what . My friend got the same two messages as he was also expecting his docs to get today.

I have already Registered a Complaint . These people need some treatment

It's an important document, so I'm kind of stressed. Any advice would really help. Thanks!
