Heading for 90 recovery program on Tuesday before my nose falls the fuck off

Jesus fucking Christ - this felt so good when that little fucker finally came out when I’ve been struggling to blow it out for two days and knowing I can still feel it and stuck up in my nose. IMO - this is the best feeling and kinda lowkey one of my favorite part of doing this by blowing it out.

I've stopped cocaine and just wondering if my nose damage is to far gone to recover?

Is this the beginning of a hole in my nose? Can it still heal or am I screwed?

Just got over a nasty cold that also gave me a sinus infection. Everything is literally falling out of my sinuses. Barely blew my nose & this all came out at once.

The photo doesn't even do the big one at the back justice, i have a septum hole (Large) and the one at the back once loosened it filled most of both sides and made me sneeze loads of times💀

I was in the hospital for about two months I kept getting these blood boogers doctor told me it’s okay and to do a saline rinse I stopped picking for a whole day and this thing come out it started in the front of my nose and went deep in now months later I have a hole in my nose and the blood boogers are coming out more Doctors cant figure out why. I never done drugs up my nose in my life my nose looks fine from the outside
