Do I need to message the ambassador tomorrow when sales open, or much earlier to have any chance of getting a reply? I’m from Germany and I’ve already messaged both ambassadors today.

Last edition was the same sadly , I texted maybe two weeks before the actual date and received an answer maybe a week after the tickets were sold.
Anyone has experience entering boom by shuttle bus from castello branco?
- does it usually start earlier than expected? A friend ended up taking it last year on the same day as the first boom buses - although officially there weren't meant to be any shuttles until the next day. Was that a fluke?
- how does check-in go?
- where do you get dropped off? its usually by the info point during the festival, but not sure how it works with check ins.
