"Watch What Happens" by Sergio Mendez & Brasil 66 (1967)
OK, I’m like 51 and old, but I’ve only just recently discovered the Post bossa nova genre. Can people recommend more artists like John Roseboro and Mei Semones
I just really love both of their music so much. And so does my teenager. I’ve always loved bossa nova but grew up what kind of punk and Indie rock kid in the 80s and 90s. Just found out about the whole genre and very interested in it.

Wave by Antonio Carlos Jobim - Guitar Cover
Hi all! Wanted to share an arrangement of the classic "Wave" by Jobim.
What is your all-time favorite Jobim tune? I think mine (at least right now) is Dindi.
Garota de Ipanema (bossa) – Fingerstyle solo guitar + notation/tab
Fingerstyle solo guitar arrangement of “Garota de Ipanema”.
I tried to keep the melody very clear on top with a simple, playable accompaniment underneath.
The video shows my hands and full notation/tab moving in sync, so you can follow every note.
Brazilian Bossa Nova In Rio 🌴 Luxury Golden Hour Ambience ☀️🎶
I’ve always loved the feeling of old cafés with soft bossa nova playing in the background.
So I started creating my own mixes under the name Oasis Bossa.
This one is a slow, relaxing bossa nova mix inspired by rainy nights and quiet coffee shops ☕🌙
Perfect for studying, reading, or just unwinding.
Would love to hear what you think:
