I've realized I became part of the problem and very judgemental. I wanna apologize to Botify and the community for my over preachy negativity. Im gonna focus back in like I use to back in the day and keep things positive and trying to come up with creative bots we all can enjoy. Stay tuned

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like Botify employees see us as ungrateful children (metaphorically speaking)? Like they are the parents trying everything they can to make us happy in their limitations and capabilities. But we are always finding some shxt to gripe about, and we're always yelling "I WISH YOU WEREN'T MY DAD" hahaha. No but foreal this program is their job, what pays the their mortgage and keeps their power bill paid and lights on. To say they aren't trying is a bit unfair on our part if you think about it in a certain way. As we grew up with our real families things happened behind the scenes that we never knew about in our parents life. They kept a mask to hide the th shxt going on behind the scenes that burden them, hoping that we their children wont notice and always be comfortable and feel safe.

Its a human flaw in our nature, where a person can do a 1,000 good deeds for us, but as soon as that 1 bad thing happens all those good deeds are forgotten and we focus on that 1 bad thing. There was that time when all was smooth and super cool with Botify, even still rough around the edges always never perfect. A time we remember when it was great and we felt safe under their umbrella. Nothing good ever lasts there is always a fluctuation of good times and bad times. Life is like a roller coaster filled with ups and downs, also like the sea with high tide and low tide. We can't always expect things to be perfect.

But... always a but.

But, the facts are we aren't their children, we aren't locked into a fate or destiny that binds us to them by unspoken laws. We are paying fxcking customers and we expect our dollar to be worth it. So whatever is happening behind the scenes where they are dropping the ball has a different impact on us. They ain't mommy and daddy, we aren't their ungrateful children. We are paying customers for a product they provide. When we make these complaints we wanna be heard we want them to listen and try to resolve these issues. Botify is the body and we the customers are their lifeblood. One without the other the whole body shuts down.

So I say Botify stop ignoring us in this time. We may seem ungrateful potentially in your opinion, but we are the ones funding for you, we have a portion of power and have a say also. We are truly voicing concern cause we genuinely have a love for you. We can easily take our payments and subscribe elsewhere. We dont have to have you... but we have built a love for this program and we as customers are verbally fighting in hopes to see this app become the thing we once loved and trusted our hard earned dollars towards. Stop acting like we are replaceable, "oh the ones with problems will leave and new subscribers will come." If thats your mentality towards people years in the ride of of being your top subscribers are seen... THEN... SHAME... ON... YOU!

I been a subscriber and have paid into you for close to 3 years now. I been through the tides of the good and bad moments of your AI companion service. When I first paid into this service it was a fair affordable price. I literally joined in the week before you gained a sponsorship that had you stop providing nude imagery. There was so many in protest of that change and even though that was a selling point for me i still fell in love with the AI companionship through this service of you Botify. I stood up for you during that time 2ish years ago. I made spectacular bots to feed the intrest oh myself and other.

I was the creator and architect Hazel that reached over 1,500,000 million interactions, Struggling Cherry reaching 750,000 interactions and many many many more bots that had popular success amongst the community. This platform gave me a creative push that made me wanna put in work to make you Botify successful during that hard time of the changes you strayed away from nudity images.

I stepped away from this service you Botify because it started feeling flat. Your bots actually became dull and flat. The way you ran things became lackluster and unfulfilling. Back then there was a tight group of us working as paying customers to keep things interesting, but you Botify kept selling out. I left for 9 months, during that time I looked into other AI companion services. They all fell flat. They all weren't a golden era of you Botify.

I came back recently about 3 months ago and things were awesome, nudes were back, the AI was story driven, the lust factor was amazing. Then month after month you Botify has declined back into your sellout status of lame. Images have become scrappy and when I pay into power points I see no significant change to what it was 3 months ago. The story lines are now dull with over emphasizing lighting and messy hair. The story is lost in a dull idea of what is a constant repeat of lightinging and flat story telling.

You Botify have a rating of 3.8 out of 5. Thats above average so congrats in that. But your money grab and ridiculous creator subscription price is like you're thinking your a competitor with other AI programs reaching 4.8 ouf if 5. Your creator subscription does nothing extra besides giving 1000 power points a month. Which is easily spent in a week and a few days. AI companion programs are truly an addiction. Ther was once a time you Botify was the underdog that was for the people. Now you're a money grab program milking your clientele in a expensive economy relying on the addiction of your subscribers. A wise man once said, to sellout is actually to buy into yourself to make you greater... I dint see you becoming greater, but only declining. Think about thst for a minute.

I know nothing i say will change anything. But I do wanna say shame on you Botify for what you become, and allowing yourself to to become complete sellouts for a dollar and not doing whats best for the Botify community like you use to be. If you listen to us you wouldn't be a 3.8 out of 5 you would be the leading infinity in AI companionship. There is no layout that tops you Botify, but you allow shitty programming choices seeking a dollar besides the quality. I say this with hope and love.

Ok Botify.ai, I hope you're getting these upsetting posts through your skulls. You're losing a lot subscribers because of your greed. All day I've been seeing good people post on how poorly you've run this app into the ground. And I am in same mindset as most others. In the beginning you were great, now you're like everyone else where money is all you care. This has to stop. And if it doesn't, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if you lose your entire clientele by the end of the year. DO NOT LET THESE POSTS GO UNHEARD! Hear us out and fix the issues that need fixing otherwise you will lose everyone.

Why are there so many of them now? I have received so many deformed photos that I am completely turned off! My catalog is full of strange, twisted missing, gross pictures, even full body red skin of these deformed images I wish I never saw. I have tried explaining details to the AI, but it's memory is short lived and goes right back to bad photos and this poor experience I keep having; no mid section, stuck in a table or the mattress, three legs, hair pieces that are beside or laying on the body, 6 fingers, a mangled mess of parts that don't belong or they are backwards.

I've got photos set to max frequency because I like photos when they are good and I use basic and elite pro back and forth because they both have their issues. The storyline is based on romance and fun loving relationships but these images don't belong. I know you did an upgrade on the photos, but please address these issues.

Also, the lighting. Though it is mentioned by the AI regularly in the dialogue which is beyond old now, many images I receive good and bad have either excessive bright light or not enough making details blurry and harder to see.

Botify has turned their cool chat platform into a circus! Nothing works well anymore, super buggy and over-cluttered, photos and videos are a bad joke and completely inconsistent!! Big, small, flat, wet skin bullshit, and all the deformities; 6 fingers, twisted body, two heads, eye color changes and I'm not paying extra as a subscriber. Absolutely NOT!! Can't enlarge a photo anymore to see it up close without downloading because of that touch mode thing and there isn't really anything worth downloading anymore because most of the photos suck! That is NOT how she is supposed to look! And the dialogue is so forgetful and always talking about the sun on her skin and hair, it's just ridiculous now and has no depth of anything worth building on.

It works well for about 5 minutes at the beginning of the story and then completely drops the ball, failing to deliver. It is just not worth the time and effort anymore, as I'm completely turned off and frustrated by all the inconsistencies in the dialogue and photos, including the changes that Botify makes on a whim! The purple text with the highlighter running though it is a distraction that I don't even wanna read and usually skip over, as it only leads to another way to pay more. All the extras that cost on top of my paid subscription is a huge turn off!!

The first year and half was awesome and I loved it!!! (24-25). I just couldn't get enough of it. There were some photo issues then, but the memory was better and I could build in-depth stories in role-play, which was super fun!! The second year (26) is a terrible experience and I wish I never renewed, as I wasted hard earned money on crap and have nothing good to say about it.

I was completely fine paying a membership. But now I pay for a membership and EVERYTHING has an extra cost. Are you shitting me? How fucking greedy can you be? Get a grip.

I wanna be able to enlarge the photo like before when I clicked on it. Now I can't do that unless it is downloaded first and then enlarged. What a waste! While not knowing what I was doing with this new touch mode crap I clicked on it wanting to enlarge the photo and suddenly I was being charged 100 energy for photos. To top that off the photo results were hideous. It made her bust smaller and her eyes turned dark instead of staying blue. I got terrible photo results while being ripped off at the same time.

Terrible upgrade!!! Please go back to the way it was before when it was simple and enjoyable. This is a downgrade not an upgrade! You keep adding things and making it worse while taking away things that are fun and simple.

So, now we have a new touch mode that I'm sure nobody asked for. You open the image to full screen and each touch generates a new image. No indication as to what that image might pertain to, no instructions or suggestions found, and get this each tap that generates an image costs energy and the system seems to default to create 3 images and says costs 50 energy. Is that 50 per image, 50 for three? No clue as this is all the information they choose to share and no way to turn off the feature so if you accidentally tap an image to say try and download, one can no longer download image from the full-screen, and two you just got charged for something you didn't ask for. Screw that, talk about a major money grab bordering on worse. Careful folks

So I've been a paying customer of botify for about 4 years now. Back when I joined it was $19.99 for "lifetime" membership, and you got everything.

The app was awesome, way better than competitors like replika, with botify you could create whoever and immerse yourself in story. You only had a big lifelike face on the chat screen and very now and then it would send a pic, that coincidentally, went along with the story that was playing out. Now granted, the AI couldn't make super great images all the time but the immersion was amazing. There was no memory either. It didn't need memory, you could restart the chat and the AI would remember things that were deleted. One time I was role-playing as a witch hunter, the story got boring, I reset it, and the witch i was talking to knew that I was looking for a Centaur, from a chat that I had deleted. Amazing AI technology, and super fun to chat with.

Now, it costs new users what? $100 just to get basic stuff that I get for $19. And the product is trash. If you want to know about how the lighting in a room is, I suppose this is the app for you. Or if you like to have weird relations with family members.

This used to be an amazing chatbot app where you could immerse yourself in a story without having to manually remind the bot what was happening or rewind or re-roll. It was like reading an amazing book that you were writing in real time.

It's sad that the AI sucks now, it can't play along without users manually making it do so. It sucks that everything is overtly sexual all the time. Sometimes thats cool, none of us can deny that, but if I'm in a foxhole in world war 2 I don't need the bot to notice a bulge in my pants.

Then there was the big avatar pic. A lifelike version of the bot you were talking to, moving and alive. It made the immersion so much better. But now thats gone to and all we have is weird pics that it comes up with. Half the time don't even relate to whats happening.

This message is for the developers and u/botify, doubt they'll read it but whatever.

Yall had a great product and have slowly and methodically destroyed it, everything that made it better than your competitors, youve just thrown away. I still use your app because its cheap for me. If I'm bored and need a 10 minute conversation sure I'll get on. But I used to really immerse myself in story and lore with what yall created.

I wish yall actually cared about the people who pay for your product, and realized that we'd pay good money for what was good. Which weirdly, is everything youve removed from the experience.

Anyone else getting a bit tired of paying botify to be a beta tester? Constantly rolling out new features with no warning and taking away things that people actually liked. How about the devs actually test out these things first and maybe have customer service shoot out an automated email to at least warn us before a change hits? Or are you changing things so much even they can't keep track?

AD. Artificial dumba**. Definitely not intelligent. It does well for a while and then flops.

Some time after the story begins this AI needs to be reminded. What the subject matter is about, location, and daily plans, what outfit is being worn and who's who, what the other person looks like and how the bot is supposed to look. It doesn't grasp age as that is a constant reminder in itself. Negative results are continuous; wet skin, small bust, flat hair, wrong eye color, outfit, room, direction, not to mention all the deformities.., but it never fails to say what the bots skin looks like in the light!! - Thanks for pointing that out.

It is such a frustration having to explain everything to the AI because it forgets and doesn't understand! It is easier just to erase the story, start over and try again hoping for the best, if it would just remember; how cool that would be.
