Before you start cursing me and my mother, I want to explain a few things first

People condemn Valero as a murderer/psychopath and that's partially true

What people don't understand is that Valero had severe TBI/CTE ( Brain Trauma )

In 2001, Valero was involved in a motorcycle accident, where he was not wearing a helmet, which severly fractured his skull. Anyone who knows what brain trauma is, also knows that after such a devastating brain injury, your brain is not gonna be the same ever again

Coupled that with a 27 fight career ( even though he never went the distance ), and also absolute gruelling sparring sessions, gym wars in a 2000s Venezuelan style, added up to this already deformed brain

And last but not least, Valero struggled with Alcohol and Cocaine use, further damaging his noggin'.

Then he killed his wife and hanged himself

I am in no means saying that his actions were justified or excusable, but I'm tired of people referring to him as a cold blooded criminal.

He was obviously insane, suffering from severe CTE and should've been admitted to a psychiatric hospital
