Please help me rehome this beautiful girl

Please help me rehome this beautiful girl

She is the sweetest 1-year-old girl you could ever imagine. She is 45 lbs American pitbull and an ESA.

If we were not being forced into this situation, nothing could make me part ways with her. She does not have an ounce of aggression, highly playful, gets along with others. She is truly a velcro dog so when you are home, she wants all the love and attention she can get. She is very polite and housetrained. She loves cuddles and to carry sticks!

She does have separation anxiety which means she barks when you’re not home. Although we have seen improvement here, unfortunately we are being forced to remove her by our landlord.

Please dm me if you’re willing to have a thorough conversation and come meet her. She will love you. Please can I trust you to love her??

Moved my business to Brevard!

Hi everyone!

My name is Haven and I'm a local hairstylist and color specialist! I have moved my business location from Vero Beach to West Melbourne/Palm Bay. I have availability next week and accepting new clients. I love doing all things color, and I especially love doing color corrections and vivids.

So excited to build my Brevard Co clientele!

Little about me so you know who you're booking with:

I was born and raised 40 miles west of the Nashville, TN area. I moved here in 2023, specifically to Vero and eventually ended up in Palm Bay. I was mentored by a former Paul Mitchell educator who became my *real* "dad," and still keep in touch with him as my father figure today. I've been doing hair for 7 ish years now- I went to cosmetology school 3 months after graduating high school. I was ready.

Since most people ask, I'll give the reason I moved from TN to FL: Long story short, I was dating someone who lived here, we were LDR. We get engaged, he moves me down, and then dipped 2.5 weeks before our wedding. Then after he couldn't convince me to move back (he was pissed that I opened a business suite down there at the time) he convinced my landlord not to renew my lease and I had less than 30 days to find a place to live.

So I moved less than 3 blocks away from his house and lived there for a year and half.

It wasn't intentional, that just happened to be what worked out for me. I was only 22. But it's funnier to tell the story that way lol. Then I ended up coming to Palm Bay and I love it- so I finally made the business jump. I made life work in my favor because sometimes you dont have any other option.

I have 2 cats (one is an orange girlie, the other looks kind of like a cow) and they are my life. When I'm not working I'm probably chilling at a kava bar playing pool.

--------------------------

I am already registered to vote but I have moved/changed my name since the last election. Is this deadline applicable to me?

If you made any changes of that nature, please update your registration with the link above before the deadline!

When can I vote in-person?

If you are registered to vote, you can vote during your county's early election period. By law, early voting must be held at least for 8 days.

Each county Supervisor of Elections may offer more days of early voting. Check with your county Supervisor of Elections for the additional days of early voting that may be offered in your county.

When can I request a mail-in ballot?

Check with your county Supervisor of Elections for how to request a mail in ballot.

When should I be receiving my mail-in ballot?

Supervisors of Elections send the ballots during a 7-day window which is between 40 and 33 days before an election.

For more information about voting by mail, please visit the Florida Department of Election Vote-by-Mail page.

I registered for a mail in ballot last election, do I need request one again?

YES! Check with your county Supervisor of Elections for how to request a mail in ballot.

I am a registered Democrat/Independent/Republican. Am I allowed to vote for people on the ballot that have a different affiliation from me?

Yes, you can vote for any candidate in the General Election. Who you vote for is secret.

Do I have to vote in every races on the ballot?

You can leave a race blank if you choose to and your vote will still be counted on other races that you vote on, on your ballot. However, try your best to make an informed vote on every race on the ballot.

Where can I find more information on the candidates or amendments?

In addition to the candidate's website (which, if they have one, can be found through googling the candidate's name) Ballotpedia.org usually has some information on down ballot races and amendments as well.

The best source on local elections would be the major newspaper for your area (Tampa Bay Times, Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, etc). They interview almost every candidate of every race that is happening in the area so you can find out the positions of every candidate on each issue. They will also talk about any local referendum or proposals relevant to your city or county.

Missing cat inside carrier

Posting this to help a local South Florida rescue.
A calico cat was being transported inside a car when that car got into a crash with a semi truck. They have looked with drones and everything but couldn’t yet locate her.

Have you seen?

More details:
- Near mile marker 226
- 1 year old calico cat
- she was secured inside a small crate. She might still be inside it if in the area
- Mims, FL

She could have been grabbed by someone at the crash scene.

The tow truck double checked and she was not in the car.

Thank you
