Long story short…. My friend got pulled over heading to Cocoa. My friend is an idiot and was not legal. Anyway they towed their car. It’s at Brevard towing in Meritt Island. Anywayssss… here’s the question. Since obviously they made stupid decisions they do not have a license nor insurance. What can I do as a licensed driver to get their car out?
